Hello dear Meso peeps, I would like to introduce myself to you.

M41. I have always practised endurance sports, and in recent years I have been intensively involved in triathlon. Unfortunately, the increasingly demanding training sessions ended up with me injuring my spine. Then COVID came along, and I ended up on the sofa with herniated discs in my back, barely able to move, binge eating. From a guy who loved training for miles in the sea, I became someone who was afraid to bend over to tie his shoes for fear of another attack of pain that would throw me to the floor in spams. Physiotherapy did not help with such a serious injury, and I had to undergo surgery in hospital. Then came a period of rehabilitation, and I decided that I needed to strengthen my core muscles with strength training.

What can I say? I used to give the gym a wide berth before, but I fell in love with weight training and have been going there five times a week for three years now and don't plan to stop. I usually enjoy workout veeeery early in the morning, so I often start at 2:30, 3:00 AM. I like push-pull-legs training the most. I feel like it gives me the most fun and stimulus for a broad variety of muscles. In the meantime, I started learning more about my body in terms of hypertrophy, hormones and enhancing with peptides, and it also turned out that I was eligible for TRT. After TRT came TRT+, and that's how a wonderful Pandora's box full of mysterious vials opened up for me. ;)

I consider Meso to be a great place, full of valuable information, and I hope that with my modest experience, I will also be able to contribute something.
