My Current Blood results.

I ordered the Goodlabs Bodybuilding bloodwork. Haven't gotten everything back yet. Currently taking 500+ a little Test E, pinning every third day for 6 weeks when I had the blood test. Blood drawn on the 12th. Also on minoxidil and Dutasteride. Dutasteride currently only 3 days a week. Also recently switched to Reta which so far I don't like.

I think I need the IGF redone. Had an error that they didn't have enough sample. Estrogen is a little high.

I'm not very good at taking my blood pressure every day but just looked at the history and noticed it hasn't been the best since I increased T. just checking it now it is the highest I have ever been that I can remember 129/81.

Just using a cheap omron cuff.

Not bad. HSCRP is great. Lp(a) is fantastic.

From a CV perspective pretty darn good even though LDL >60 irritates me, you don’t have other risk factors amplifying it so it’s ok.

Most of our clients do Janoshik, we have our own lab doing HPLC for hgh 10iu. Is hgh liquid also based on Janoshik?

with e2 being high, How do you know how high it can go for the individual before you start developing Gynecomastia? Does it have to be higher for a long time or is it something you can possibly wake up one day...whoops.

even though LDL >60 irritates me
After reading several times what you mention about LDL I'm planning on ordering some stuff to try and lower that.

Cholesterol and fasting insuline look very good.
Kidney and liver panel also seem fine.
Same for hemaglobin and hematocrit.

DHT is relatively low for your testosterone dosage but that is to be expected with your dutasteride.

E2 is elevated but normal for your test dosage. Remember that E2 is supportive in muscle hypertrophy and health and will protect your joints and nerves.

I would recommend AGAINST starting an AI. E2 under 90pg/ml is no cause for concern unless there are side effects. So unless you start experiencing continuous bloating, gyno, mood swings, being emotional, or ED, do not start with the AI!

I’ve seen many people try an AI like aromasin, only to overshoot and crash their E2 for quite a while. It’s easy to mess up and no fun (nor healthy) when you do.

The elevated blood pressure most likely is due to your sudden increase in testosterone, and is to be expected. This should normalise within weeks so keep an eye on that. If it remains high, that could be a side effect of the E2 at which point, you may slowly titrate in an AI, with continuous blood works to keep a close eye on your E2 and see how your dose-response is.

Hematocrit and hemoglobine also usually only start to show after 8-16 weeks so keep an eye on that, and get your bloodworks done for those again in the near future (4-6 weeks).

Also keep an eye on your lipids as those also might change over time, the longer you are on cycle.

Best of luck lifting and growing!
