First it’s “oil switch caused underdosing,” then when that gets corrected it becomes “I never said that, I just doubt your process.” We’re showing repeatable lab results and letting customers verify independently, and the numbers keep matching.
At some point pretending that doesn’t mean anything isn’t “being cautious,” it’s just ignoring reality. We’ll keep doing what we’re doing because it clearly works for the people actually running the products.

For each brew you need to determine the API to add.
Just because the same amount of API is needed between 2 different oils, does not necessarily mean your brewer calculated it correctly.
I made it clear here, that it was a calculation error.
I'm not going to dig up old lab results.
The most recent Mast P issue was also never addressed.
People seemed fine with it so i guess you indeed have a loyal* clientele.
Ultimately people that will buy, will buy with or without testing.
It's all a matter of price.

bruh its not that hard to just give a simple run through lmao, long story short primal is geting accused of selling chinese primo just re-packaged due to a similar re-seller having almost the same reading mg per ml test of chinese primo. people got skeptical bcz he hadnt tested his raws first like he said he would "lack of keeping word" and primal came up with the excuse that they were too excited to brew it and that they started brewing without testing raws and get it sent for testing due to high market demand, people werent buying it and still argued the fact they were re-packaged, primal then proceed to state the "truth" about them actually finding a bag of raws that they thought was already used and thought not telling the public the truth of their lack of inventory awarness to not seem as a careless source they went with their "lie" of being excited to just get brewing, now im not sure about the last batch of primo200 and im not sure if those raws were tested either since im fairley new customer

There shouldn’t be a single product you sell that is untested.
Look at what just happened to HYB.
I don’t understand you sources sometimes, the jano costs is protecting your reputation you are building. One bad 3rd party test can ruin it in a instant.

Regardless of who still buys, do you think they lost more from people not buying than what the jano cost would have been?
I was just about to get a 60mg reta kit from them. Not now.
Just that right there would have paid for the hgh jano cost.
Now imagine if they lost 30% business. Even though they still have 70%, 30% is alot more than tests cost…

Exactly. Multiple questionable Jano tests here, whether severely underdosed, variances (especially on the female dosed test) yet people are eating it up. Pathetic

Brother. Objectivity. That very quick thread started out as a question about if calcs were different and then lead to statement that the vendor had made a mistake. Headsup. You too are not immune to making mistakes. Feel free to be proud of what you built, but over-confidence is a dangerous cognitive dissonance.
Don't take it personally. Some statements might be harsh or strong like "i have doubts in your process", but it doesn't undermine the basic point about testing batches add quality. As i've said before, the risk assessment between speed, cost, quality and associated risks are on you. Hopefully your good reimbursement policy helps, but i don't think the fundamental points made are unreasonable, even if this thread gets heated and defensive.
I'm a genuine customer and take an interest in this and the products i choose to inject. I personally generally avoid your GSO products as it increases the unknowns.
You are mixing up posts from two different users.

Here’s the harsh reality that I’m coming to realize, as someone relatively new to this space. People love cheap gear. So much so that they will plug their ears and even go so far as defend a source when something obviously questionable/concerning comes up. There is no “community”, despite what we’d like to believe.
There was another incident recently where someone was hospitalized after using a new batch of Reta (MIX was the source) at the same dose they were previously running. I was genuinely saddened by the number of people that immediately started making excuses for the vendor and even accusing the person who reported the issue of making it up. The source didn’t even need to do anything - people simply didn’t want to confront the risk they are taking with this stuff and particularly with vendors that are willing to bypass or fabricate testing and details about their process.
I realize that asking for a source to be a role model for integrity is foolish. But when the dishonesty and deception is literally laid bare right before your eyes, and you keep coming back - you get what you deserve.

Same here! I use primal products and I like them to be pretty honest.
We are just making sure everything is tested and just following up on what Primal has offered before, like raw testing.
At the end of the day he can sell whatever he wants, the way he wants and we can decide if we buy or not. Now, I prefer to see primal succeed than disappear and as long as the products are good I’ll keep being a customer.

Something weird has been going on in this thread lately. We started off on a high note and somehow ended up at a funeral. Let me be blunt: if you’re reselling Chinese primo and just re-filtering it a couple times, just say it. Nobody here is going to riot. People will still buy it, and half the thread will clap and say “damn, at least Primal was honest, respect.”
But right now it’s a mess. First there was “no raws.” Then suddenly 300 grams magically showed up like they were hiding under your bed. Then some raw went to Jano, then didn’t, then got lost, then maybe existed, maybe didn’t. Everything is so tangled that even Sherlock Holmes would rage-quit.
And the reality is… 98% of people don’t care. As long as the price is good, discounts are flowing, shipping is fast, and service is solid, they’ll keep ordering. A couple of us here asking uncomfortable questions isn’t going to move the needle for the majority. That’s just how the market is.
Personally, I have no hate toward you as a vendor. But you really need to rethink your communication strategy with the community. Either go full ghost mode and ignore the noise completely while doing your thing, or go fully transparent and stop creating extra confusion. Half-truths only fuel more drama. Pick a lane and stick to it.

The problem is things keep coming up and the cycle repeats.
We’re at the point that you accept that his word is bullshit, and buy what you buy. Believe nothing of what’s said and stick to your own assumptions.
Or he’s completely honest and up front about everything, with full transparency, moving forward.
But at this point, I don’t even test what’s actually sent in for testing, what’s tested, is it actually the batch being referenced, etc.
So the answer is likely, take the cheap gear, have no expectations and test it all yourself.

so dissapointed. last time i bought gear was with qsc i blasted sooo many grams of it for years. then i switched to primal thinking i was getting top tier usa brewed gear. now people are saying hes reselling the same shit LOL smfh what did is the PED market right now, even 2022 was better
