Usually but I have had packages delivered that have had updated tracking numbers after arrival to the US in the past from other sources. More than likely it is your order.
What sucks is that their resolution is usually to credit people on their next orders for missing items. But since you are missing more than half of your order, they might ship it

Genius marketing. They get more sales from the people too dumb to compare prices and the same amount of profit.
The free shipping over $1000 is annoying because that used to be their policy then they took it away just to return it back as part of the "Black Friday Deal"
