MESO-Rx Sponsor Primal Pharma - US Domestic

By voting with their wallets.

I don't think anything special needs to be said tho, nobody wants to purchase vials that have 10-25 percent variances between them. How'd you even dose them? Who'd wants to test everything?

We don't even know if these vendors are brewing in their bathtub.
This, I have no idea what actual dose I'm running, and I don't want to test multiple vials when I only have a few from each batch. Doesn't seem worth the effort.

I don't have a ton of experience here but I haven't seen a UGL with such variance between their own testing and third party.

@Primal_Pharma I don't think anyone is trying to tear you down. We're just trying to understand what is going on. You have gotten good at dodging the actual question and giving defensive boiler plate answers about all the good progress you have made.

All the complaining but who will reinforce the concept of using the right equipment for the job?

Who will support putting steps in place so we dont get a nominal 250 mg/ml product testing at 200 or 220?

Same. So I’m tossing my remaining 3 vials and taking the “L”.

1. HPLC raw testing before making batch. Request actual purity calculated value (mg API measured / mg sample measured). Not the XX%+ notation.

2. Accurate analytical balance

3. Volumetric flask for final volume on batch

All excipients can be added by mass.

Accurate densities are known as well for BA/BB. w/w vs v/v vs w/v. Avoids using density estimates for batch solution.

Accurate mg/ml on API concentration per batch.

Push for a higher standard and be willing to pay for it.

Well we don’t know the equipment. “Opsec” remember. Although 99 percent of the other sources posted theirs. Pretty sure LE can’t tell by a pic unless they have already been in your lab

if gcms shows it’s domestic primo I will send out one of my vials I received to see if dosage is consistent

What good is that when you take in the big picture? They have a vial sitting there already. I’m going to go ask Jano the turn around on a vial that’s already in possession. But the big picture. If we can’t get consistent dosage from vial to vial then it questions other aspects. What does this brewer know about sterilizing? What do they know about consistent brewing. Add all the beakers you want. Dose variance in small increments is one thing as we move from beaker to beaker. But large variance even in UGL is another. This isn’t a small issue. Fuck shipping speed and cost. Every source ships quick. If this can be cleaned up with more raw testing (look at how much there has been) and complete finished product testing I’d be all in on primal.

We hear you guys.

We’ve been reading through all the constructive criticism and feedback and we’re taking it seriously. We know we’re not perfect and there’s definitely room to tighten up how we do things, from communication to testing to how we present info.

@readalot made some great suggestions that we’ll be looking to follow through on moving forward. We appreciate the time and thought that goes into those posts, it helps us improve and holds us to a higher standard.

We’re here for the long haul and we’ll keep working to earn your trust every step of the way.

That’s the point. Why such large variances.
