I am here to learn about optimizing performance. I am a mid 50's guy who has stayed physically active but in spite of putting pretty solid time weekly (6-14 hours) primarily doing aerobic sports as I have aged I have found recovery and weight maintenance increasingly challenging.

As a Viking in that condition your brothers would’ve put you on the burning boat to speed your trip to Valhalla.

Ghoul that's the combo I am looking at. Plus lifting full body 3 x per week and aerobic workouts for 4-8 hours per week over the weekend.

I started the retatrutide and have dropped ~7% body fat in about 6 weeks while maintaining if not slightly increasing my muscle mass.

I am currently using secretagogues CJC/IPA mainly because there's low risk of overshooting or complications. I have purchased HGH but am awaiting testing of the product and some labs. I won't start TRT until the new year essentially giving a couple of months on each to assess any side effects.

I find your posts extremely informative. I have learned a ton about HGH and IGF from you including how to use the Z-score to mitigate the risks of acromegaly/polumbism.
