Cycle to get huge

I’ve done this before. Chased a lab value when I had no E2 issues and ended up crashing it and feeling like ass for weeks. I apologize I totally missed the part where he said he can’t get mast. I would just run the test as high as possible if and until E2 sides creep up. Then can address with AI which he knows he tolerates.
 
Yea. Obviously. My point is that he doesn’t need the AI. He said he had no side effects without the AI so he’s just chasing labs and is more than likely going to crash his E2 with this master plan of adding EQ.
Yeah I understand but having e2 of over 100 is Everything but not smart. I think I just get the eq in and fade out the Exemestan in the first weeks

Are you taking DHEA or HCG also? That E2 is quite high for that low of a test dosage given how lean you are. Granted its not as simple as lean people don’t aromatize as much as fat people but still a little surprising

No, I was pretty fat before i went on roids that’s probably why.

m1 150g rice cream
50g Whey
15g almondbutter
1 banana

M2
150g rice cream
50g Whey
1 apple

M3
140g rice
300g vegetables
200g chicken

M4 the same

M5 500g Skyr
10g Peanut Butter
1 apple


Training days 30g Intra


It’s 4070kcal around 600carbs 280p and 40 fat and gaining like 250-500g per Wee

No cheats no offdays only switcing carbs between rice and potatoes.

I‘m Doing Bodybuilding since 1 year and around 6 months
 
you look good and seem to have good genetics
if you feel good and everything is going good then dont change your test dose.
whats your SENSITIVE estrogen at?

If i were you I would just stay on the test, maybe add anadrol if you stop growing

like another commenter said its not wise to just change things for no reason and mess up your estrogen. like my prgress was delayed by two months, zero muscle, because i was crashed and getting labs weekly dialing in a new dose.

Hey, what would you guys do to get as huge as possible without crushing your Health?
Eat twice as much as you're eating now. Maybe add some gh. You need calories to get huge. And youre pretty cut, if you want to add serious mass you'll have to put some fat on, then cut
 
Best and horniest I ever felt and looked my total test was 104 nmol and my estro was 696 pmol.
If not dealing with acne, mood issues, erectile / sexual issues, bloat, hypertension, or gyno I would personally not even bother checking my E2. It's just too tempting to start chasing the value for no added clinical benefit (or even clinical detriment). But I'm also not so silly to think I can run a gram of test without some AI coverage from primo or an actual AI. But in the 300 to 600 range, things can vary quite a bit.

See your first 2 meals your protein is from shakes. The cream of rice is fine but you need real food in there like eggs up.the creak of rice to 300. 2nd meal but really a snack is same no eggs protein shake.
3-4 rice 250
Chicken 400
Veg 150-200

M5 is solid but add 125g oats to the yogurt and some milk let it sit 12 hours in the fridge. I add honey instead of peanut butter.
Protein shake right before bed.
If that's the progress you've made in a year on what youre taking that's impressive.
However drop mast, add eq, add deca (i love deca) maybe gh but seriously you're young you don't need it yet. Listen to interviews with dorian yates and Lee priest . They're gear usage was minimal. It's about blood sweat and tears. Every fiber screaming at you to stop but you keep going. I don't see kids training hard at the gym. No spotters to help with absolute failure. If I do at the last one then grab the bar and say negatives time but they always rack it. It's like they're scared to make crazy faces and noises. It's about eating where its uncomfortable and your body doesn't want food but you have to eat. The biggest sin is missing a meal

This is important advice. Let the food to the work when bulking. Test, AI, GH, rest, calories.

Thank you but i don’t like the oldscool approach of huge bulk and getting fat. There is no way i can build more muscles than gaining 0,5kg per week like I’m doing right now. No point in eating more. Probably the only thing that really is changing things up would be GH. I think that’s the next step

But then theres no point in adding more gear, you aren't going to get fat if youre training hard your body needs it to grow. Lee priest was crazy with bulks I didn't mean listen to his bulking listen to his dedication and how he talks about training. He'd eat KFC and McDonald's to bulk mostly
 
It's also a very clean dist so you aren't getting a ton of fat at all. That's clean eating. Im just pointing out protein shakes is not a substitute for real food in a meal so a small bowl of cream of wheat and fruit and protein shake would be more a cutting meal. You said you want to grow.
