My resting heart rate has increased from 60 to 72bpm this week already. Hopefully it doesn't keep going up.
Just use 250mg testo and cut for muscle maintain. When you are on 10-12% gean lean in lean bulk NPP/TESTO or Tren/Testo.
150-250. - 100/250

It’s all about your Kcal intake and training, cardio, work.
 
Dramatic people on the internet like to exaggerate Tren and parrot things they've heard

If you're not on +500mg, I bet if you pretended not to know you were on Tren you wouldn't be able to tell much, besides possibly mildly impaired cardio at above 300mg.
200mg of Tren sends me into sex addiction territory along with horrible crazy thoughts after a few weeks. No other steroid does, so it definitely affects some of us pretty bad.

Cheers mate. I'm thinking of trying a bit of insulin around training with some carbs.

Also probably gonna add low dose tren for the last couple of weeks! Something like one amp of parabolan per week.

I can handle a bit of embarrassment. But I don't think you can. Which is why you're hiding behind an edgy username and your keyboard. Insulin during a workout with some carbs is relatively low risk.

I'm not taking a gram of tren or DNP.

The difference between a guy who ends a 12-week Test/Deca blast looking 8–10 kg better, feeling great and with perfect bloodwork…

It is 100 % how well he controlled E2, prolactin and insulin sensitivity the entire time, and how religious he was with the plan he wrote before he stuck the first pin.

Today I got my first high blood pressure reading of 135-140/75. Pulse 72

My indian Tren ace arrived today. Did 30mg preworkout to see if it's real (feels report is good).

Considering dropping deca and replacing it with Tren ace for the final 6 weeks. I don't want to add more mgs.

Broke some PRs this week:
93kgx1 Overhead Press
Pendlay row 100kgx8
Yates row 100kgx4
Bench Press 110kgx5
Lying triceps overhead extension 47.5kgx6

Lifts are all going up which is good. I'll try to continue to clean up my diet as I've gained too much fat. But that was to be expected I suppose.
