First Cycle at 23, please help sanity check my plan

Hey everyone, I’m 23 and have been working out for a couple years (first pic is before, other pics are within last 6 months). Generally like how I look, but want to be 5-10lbs and leaner as well as get cognitive effects of test to help with work. I make around 200k so I can afford everything and I’d be down to hire a coach but idk where to look for one for my case. Goal is to get a high level natty aesthetic physique (think Alex Eubank (before roids lol), Clavicular, etc).

Getting blood work done before I start (last time I checked I was 650 total test, I want to get into 1200ish range). I don't drink/smoke. No family history of heart attacks, high BP, etc. No family history of bald/balding.

BW: 155lbs, height 5’9, I think I'm leaner than I look in the pics bc I can see bicep veins, shoulder into chest veins, and fairly visible abs when I flex hard.
Goal: 160-165lbs, keep bf at current range, then cut down to 10-12% after using Reta.

Cycle:
Test E or C 200mg weekly, pinning every day into shoulders/glutes with 1 cc syringe, 29g needle. Idk if I should do SubQ or IM. Want to run for 24 weeks or so, then come down to 150 and cruise forever. Honestly don’t really want to come off and PCT, am prepared to be on for life, especially bc it will help me retain my progress as life becomes more difficult with work. My priority for the future is work over gym, but I don’t want to lose any progress and I want to stay the same for as long as possible. After cycle, cut using Retatrutide down to 12%ish for the summer and hold there.

Managing Side Effects:
Doxycycline for possible infection.
Nolvadex/Tamoxifen if gyno symptoms, Aromasin to lower estradiol levels.
I have never had acne, don’t think I have any gyno, generally stable, so hopefully no complications.

Current Workout Plan (Will keep same on cycle):
Push (Incline bench 3x8, Machine Chest Fly 3x8, Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x8, Dumbell Shoulder Flys 3 x10, Tricep Pushdown 3 x 10)
Pull (Cable Lat Pulldown 3 x 8, Cable Row 3 x 10, Preacher Curl 3 x 8, Supported Dumbell Curl/Hammer Curl 3 x 8)
Legs 1(Pendulum Squat 3 x 10, Leg Extension Machine 3 x 8, Leg Curl Machine 2 x 8, Calf Raise Machine 3 x 10)
Arnold Day 1 (Incline bench 3x8, Machine Chest Fly 3x8, Cable Lat Pulldown 3 x 8, Cable Row 3 x 10)
Arnold Day 2 (Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x8, Dumbell Shoulder Flys 3 x10, Preacher Curl 3 x 8, Supported Dumbell Curl/Hammer Curl 3 x 8, Tricep Pushdown 3 x 10, Reverse Shoulder Fly for Rear delt 3x8)
Legs 2 (Pendulum Squat 3 x 10, Calf Raise Machine 3 x 10)
- Ab curl machine 3x10 on random days whenever I feel like it.

Anyone have advice on on test dosage, anything I should change, etc? If anyones a coach I'd be down to pay you to help me navigate the cycle correctly.

If your T is in range you’re not getting TRT from a doc or clinic so you’ll have to manage your health mostly yourself- get full blood tests with sensitive e2 and study what all the numbers mean. Get a BP cuff and check a couple times a week.

Your plan is mild which is good but you’re young and already look great- do you want kids? You already said you’re not afraid of signing up for TRT for life, but maybe you already have great T levels- 200/week is a replacement dose for me and I’m 47 trying to make my body work like yours apparently already does, and I’m done having kids. The mildness of your plan is both good and safe and also makes me wonder if it’d even be worth it to shut down your balls for maybe a slight gain.

I’d like to be the cranky old man who says don’t do it, but that’s maybe not helpful- have you considered maybe a higher blast like 500 test, followed by pct, and just trying to keep the gains then go back to not stabbing yourself the rest of your life and being able to easily have some kids when you meet the right lady? You can get away with a handful of nice cycles before you end up on TRT, esp if you do it right.

Hopefully someone can steer you to an actual coach who cares about your look AND your future that’s way smarter than me, some fat old dumbass on the internet.

I will say this, test E does have a higher binding affinity in comparison to test c, there is a current study being conducted By Kurt Havens; who has a Ph.D. So stick with E going forward especially if you're doing daily injections. Now as someone who is a tad older than you but nothing major. I am on test for the rest of my life but not by choice, for medical reasons. The shit does get old and you're young. Never coming off can drastically affect your fertility so I will recommend you come off and pct. Your body needs a break. Always do IM injections with an oil base, the risk of complications like necrosis from SubQ isn't worth it. Depends on funds, test & GH is like bread and butter but GH is something that you have to be willing to take for a very long time.

Improve what you are already working with. Adding steroids to a mid-minus training program and nutrition will still give you mid-minus results.

Fix the problems you already have before adding new problems

Spend the time you are thinking about gear on finding a good coach. They are out there. You just gotta put as much effort into that as you do into asking about drugs.
 
Your goal is to take roids to look natty. Lmfao alright then I guess good luck, shoot for the moon killer

Hire a coach who deals with lifestyle guys and doesnt push gear (your goals and physique won’t require much to grow)
Let them do your program, follow the plan

Adding a comment because I had a thought- maybe start going to some local shows that include categories you’re feeling- meet the athletes and talk to them about who trains them. Meet with some trainers and talk about your goals. In person networking like that could have a greater chance of meeting the right person to help steer you toward success and health/longevity.

In the US, most TRT clinics will prescribe T to almost anyone. I tested at 750 total T at age 46 and all 3 that I talked to said they'd prescribe it for me.
