I think you need to vacuum dry it.
I'm waiting for my TRE results to determine moisture content but I'm considering to do this..

I'm all ready to perform this but with ethanol only and only on raws with high melting points.

Could probably bake the raws at a high temp to ensure ethanol evaporates while leaving the raws intact..still waiting for my TNE raws to arrive..

Hexane does seem to have a low evaporating temp pt but I'm not so sure how comfortable I am with using it..

This vacuum desicator was cheap on alibaba .you can use way lower heat under vacuum and make a mixed bed of desicant and activated charcoal to absorb moisture and chemicals.

Very possible but I don't know enough to know how to use it properly without making a mess and ruining everything lol

We got some some light brown, shitty looking and stinky smelling raws with chunks of gunk in it and testing showed 89-91% purity. Npp is usually much higher like testosterone 96%+
