Hi folks, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m a 37yo male. Been lifting many years natty. Until 4 years ago when I got on TRT after stagnating. Test was 300ng/dl. The rapid change I experienced in my physique was incredible from 140mg Test/wk. over the last year though I’ve introduced var, primo, mast, reta and now tren, I was super spooked of tren. Funny enough, I have nearly no sides even titrating up on 400mg/wk tren which I’m at now. I’m currently running trt level test. 6mg Reta/wk, and the tren. I’m taking ezitimibe to lower cholesterol which seems to work great. I’m very serious about bloodwork. I want to thank the folks in this forum for all the knowledge and pointing me in decent directions before I made decisions, good or bad.


I’m currently 188 at about 16-17% bodyfat. My abs are just popping through. I can bench 295lbs with ease, squat 315 for reps, deadlift 425lbs with ease. I don’t really 1rm much nor do I care much. I’m in it for the physique but want to let y’all know kind of where I’m at.

My goal is probably very common, I want to look like I can bench 315 @ 10% bodyfat. Right now I’m cutting and not really losing muscle mass. I’m thinking of adding hgh. Would love to hear from you fine folks. Thanks for taking the time to read this.IMG_0879.webp

Good question. So I’m actually on a cutting cycle right now. Here’s a post of mine that explains things in a bit more detail. Essentially I’ve heard Tren is great for cutting and will help hold onto muscle in severe deficit. I’m not sure I need that dose but it seems to be working for what I’m using it for. I also like the preworkout effect of pinning every morning with Tren A. I’m here to learn though so if there are better options that are more effective and less harmful I’m open.
 
I see in your "cutting cycle" topic you say you wanted to avoid non-aromatizing compounds, and it sounds like you had some ups and downs when experimenting with anavar, primo, mast and test. I can relate to that. My estradiol test came back today at 94.

I'm not being shitty. But what part of your current physique or training program requires the use of anything above trt right now?

Like if you were to look in the mirror and gauge the risk / reward ratio that your current physique warrants..... would you land on the answer of having to take the most neurotoxic PED on earth?

Or would you look at it and say, you know what, this just needs some good discipline, a solid food plan and some hard work in the gym.... and maybe a little trt.


lets go step by step. Bloodwork, food, training, drugs.

What were your testosterone and estradiol numbers when you were having a hard time managing it? What E2 sides were you having and at what levels?

Can you share your lipid panels, CRP, Cystatin C, GGT, prolactin..... all that stuff? Have you checked your IGF-1? Did you have any hematocrit problems on higher test?

I am especially interested in your SHBG and DHT levels, and I will explain why when we get there. Which testosterone ester were you using?

What's your blood pressure.
