Confused about my HGH dose

Natty IGF levels = 269 with a Z-score around 1

Took 2IU for 2 months, IGF came back 187 z-score of 0.6.

After getting those results back I bumped my dose to 5 IU and tested again 2 weeks later. Results just came back with an IGF of 232, Z-score around 1.1 again lol.

Do I have to take 10iu at this point? @Ghoul

Also I'm using a source on here, am I able to name them?

Give it more (igf1) time to build up , try four weeks and test, of course you can name the source.

Did you change anything else in your routine? I noticed during a heavy cut my igf-1 went down quite a bit. Apparently protein and calorie intake can have significant effects on it.

I absolutely noticed that when I was in a calorie deficit my IGF-I was lower, it's pretty common knowledge

Actually when I was taking the 2IU I was cutting, but ever since I switched to 5IU I've been bulking (so about 3 weeks or so)

My baseline was 145 with 0 z score. After 4 weeks at 4iu I was at 227, 1.1 z. Going to stay at this dose for another mth and check again. Quest was the lab.

I’m 45, pin 4mg Reta 2x/wk. Been working out hard af 5-6 times/wk, diet is on point when I’m able to eat. Stay in a deficit most days though.

how's your RHR from the combo of ret and HGH? It makes mine skyrocket and only Ivabradine can keep it somewhat ok. Still in the 80's but better than the 90's.

That’s today. I have a pretty strenuous job, so I have noticed it creeps up into the low to mid 70’s at times. I’ve only been running HGH 6.5 weeks. I am noticing my fbg in the mornings creeping up into the mid to high 70’s. The first 4-5 weeks I was lucky to get it into the 70’s. I feel like it’s helped relieve hypoglycemic sides of Reta I was starting to have.. In turn I think the dose of Reta is helping insulin resistance from the HGH. It’s been an awesome learning experience and fairly rewarding so far.
