Alright so I been on HGH 3 iu a day test c 525 mg a week EOD and Reta 8mg a week

How do I get the most for mid section fat I been dropping weight pretty steadily about 2 pounds a week some weeks I’ll stay the same or fluctuate. My diet is pretty locked in. I also just upped my test to 525 recently from 160mg a week. Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated thank you !
 
Hgh fasted in the morning, 3-4 hours before your first meal. It will burn visceral fat.
Alright I appreciate the help. I do pin in the mornings around 3:40 and maybe 1 hour into my drive Ill eat something light but maybe I’ll just not eat till around 9am see how that works for me

If that's you in the picture, running a half gram of test probably isn't warranted / needed / beneficial / or a good idea right now.

More test won't help you lose weight.

Have you tried reta?

For the stage your at right now, the job is too big for HGH. Will it contribute? Yes. Will other things work better for you right now? .... yes.


What's your height, weight and age?

What is your daily cardio like?

What bloodwork have you been doing and what does it look like?

What's your blood pressure?

Have you had a calcium score or any cardiac imaging?

What changed in your programing that demands a half gram of test vs the 160mg you were on?

What did your hormone levels look like at 160mg? And what do they look like now?

You look like you have 80/90 pounds to get rid of

Optimize for that

Then worry about test

What are your maintenance macros and how much of a deficit are you maintaining?

If you are already on Reta, great.

If not, start that first.

If you do start HGH, make sure to test your natty IGF-1 first. That is what you will base your dosing from , and it will need to be rechecked regularly.

My methodology to optimize HGH for fat loss is to take it at night a few hours after my last meal, and don't eat or touch anything after that.

Insulin will prevent lipolysis

Take it when insulin will be low for an extended period of time. It takes 3 hours just to reach max serum concentration if you shoot it SubQ. You have to be fasted for an extended period of time for it to do its work.

Then do fasted cardio in the morning before putting anything other than plain water in your mouth. As soon as a carbohydrate hits you and your insulin rises.... your opportunity to burn off the fatty acids the GH freed up is gone. Insulin will start packing the fatty acids back into fat cells.

Stay in a defiit

Stay in a defict

Don't break your defict

And don't take a half gram of test while you are in a deficit. That's not the level you're at right now.
 
What about serum peak time if shoot IM?

Thats an insignificant issue compared to staying fasted for a long duration after- IF optimized lipolysis is what you are after.

If your goal is optimal IGF-1 conversion.... take it during the day when you will be eating.

But it sounds like right now you should be optimizing your programming for fat loss.
 
Not sure how this could be practical for most people.
I have no problem hitting the two hour mark and I'm sure I could push it to three but it's not that serious for me. I believe just as long as you get it in consistently that's all that really matters , all the other stuff as far as timing is minutia to a certain extent.
If it bothers you taking Hgh at night, take it in the morning , people overthink it
 
Stop overthinking the GH. Take it all before bed unless it affects your sleep. It literally makes no difference when you take it as far as results. I have tried every way imaginable and the results are the same. As far as midsection fat you're going to have to get lean because the midsection is usually the last place it comes off for men. 8mg of Reta is a huge dose, you should be melting fat at that dose if your diet is right.
