All,
Two-part question. Looking for community feedback.
1) Testing
I have some UGL HGH on the way. It came with Janoshik results (attached).
Does it still make sense to do independent testing, or is that usually overkill?
2) Use case, side effects, and monitoring
My goals are longevity and looking good. I want to minimize side effects, especially insulin resistance / diabetes risk.
Current setup:
•Testosterone: 200 mg/week
Thanks.

My goals are longevity and looking good. I want to minimize side effects, especially insulin resistance / diabetes risk.
Current setup:
•Testosterone: 200 mg/week
- Retatrutide: 3 mg/week
- Get baseline labs before starting HGH
- Start low and only increase if labs and side effects look good
- For people using low dose HGH long term, what side effects showed up first for you (water retention, numb hands, BP, sleep, etc.)?
- What labs and monitoring cadence matter most to catch problems early? (A1c, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, IGF-1, lipids, etc.)
- Any red flags that made you stop or reduce dose?
Thanks.
