Lesson here is be sure you know what you are doing before you start. Nothing anyone can do for you at this point. Only a doctor with medical grade pain killers can help.
Lots of newbie mistakes:
1 - Test-P, even at lower concentration, is well known to give PIP. Plenty of folks here have said so.
2- No idea what normal test-p concentrations are.
3 - Test-P is rather potent. Going from 0.2mL to 1.0mL without gradual increase is asinine.
4 - Not knowing how to dilute is a big red flag that you aren't ready.
5 - No stats on you and no idea what your history is.
Though this forum is brutal on low effort newbies, some of those idiots post for help BEFORE they pin. They get roasted, but at least they get an honest opinion which may prevent what happened to you here.
Live and learn. I know plenty of folks who have to do everything in life the hard way.
