That's a bit of an understatement.
You were taking orders and payment for compounds you knew you didn't have in stock, and then refusing any sort of refund to anyone who got sick of waiting for 6+ weeks. Then once you finally did decide to start shipping out products you made people swap out what you already knew you didn't have for something else, and even after all that you still sent incomplete packs out with entire kits missing? It seems somewhat coincidental that the kits missing were all the same or similar compounds (mostly testosterone)....

You didn't have to mislead people into thinking you had the compounds by omiting the fact you didn't right up until they made payment. That's something you intentionally and knowingly did on purpose and will forever taint your track record. Highly unprofessional.
