Hey guys,

Thought i'd introduce myself - I've been BB for about 4 years seriously, the time before that tbh wasnt that serious. Just linked up with a coach and planning for my first show spring of next year. Likely will compete in classic as i'm around 197 ATM at 5'10 at around 9% BF, have some lines in my glutes.

So we plan to build for 8-10 weeks and then dive right into the rest of the fatloss - I get lean pretty easy.

Currently running 600 test, 600 primo, 8iu gh.

Anyone have any first show tips or things i should be mindful of through the process?

From what I've seen the best bet you could do is get a posing coach , so you can hit all your mandatory poses correctly , that can be a make or break, imo
