I already said 200mg/ml in my initial commentWe don't care how many mls. We care how mgs. I ml of 400 mg/ml is the same as 2 ml of 200 mg/ml.

You don't care about volume of subq injections? Personally i don't look forward to even doing 1ml subq at any concentration. We don't care how many mls. We care how mgs. I ml of 400 mg/ml is the same as 2 ml of 200 mg/ml.
It's not that I don't care. If someone is referencing injecting mls subq, I usually choose not to share my opinion on that. I'm not a fan, but I recognize it's an individual choice and a dead horse I'm not willing to beat. You don't care about volume of subq injections? Agree. Hope it didnt sound like i was flogging a dead horse, but was genuinely interested in how much people might be doing without side affects. It's not that I don't care. Running 600 test (prop and e), 500 eq, 400 deca. Also 150 tren a and 150 mast p. I feel like superman rnI had the same problem myself a couple of years ago when using deca, i switched from using deca to primo and mast and haven't looked back, think it's something to do with the 19 nors and a lack of dht when on them, i only use dht's along with test now and feel great. High dose omega 3 and longvida curcumin literally eliminates my joint pain and I used to be pretty bad with it
Its the usual theme...responses vary between people. Some people get joint relief at 50mg/ week of deca.Wait... you got join relief on just 100mg DECA? What sort of pain do you have and what did relief feel like to know it worked? Im genuinely curious because a lot of the guys who seem to get pain relief are on higher doses.
I tried 100mg/wk for like 16 weeks straight and nothing... I would kill for joint relief around knees/patella while working out.
Similarish to me. I'm waiting on bloods before maybe bumping deca to 80.I’m on 80 deca/week for old man joint smoothness. On top of 300 test. I feel a little better in the knees and elbows for sure, with no added strength to write home about and no noticeable effect on bloodwork, which was exactly what all I was looking for when I added it.
As far as libido I am a big fan of a little mast added in for a lively bedroom and general feelgood plus maybe some gyno insurance. 100-150/week does the trick for me.
Those three along with GH are the pillars of a high cruise stack that I enjoy but also don’t kid myself that it’s ok to just leave in all the time. I’m going back to straight up true TRT this spring or early summer.
I’m currently on 6.6iu/day but haven’t done bloodwork yet to make sure my z-score is under 3. I’m cutting so things will change when I go to maintenance but I plan to drop to 4iu then anyway. I have opti gold tops- 40iu/bottle so 3ml in a bottle is 25 units AM & PM.Similarish to me. I'm waiting on bloods before maybe bumping deca to 80.
Have you tried primo before mast? If so Did you get the similar feelgood/libido?
Whats your gh dosing and timing approach?
Very much agree on going back to trt. Even if theres no other overt side effects my flatlined HRV and rising resting heart rate is enough of an indicator that theres a price to pay.
Primo is very good for an Ai you could add 50-100 mg of primo again. Deca can effect libido for someI'm 40, been on TRT for about four years. Like many here, started with a prescriber and then took over myself. I am a licensed medical professional on the clinical side so a little more knowledge than the average bear, but endocrinology is not my specialty. Prescriber had me on test cyp and anastrozole, and when I took over I switched to test-e and primo at about a 1.75 to 1 ratio, always around 175mg T, 100mg primo/week. Functionally this worked well, my mood was good, muscular recovery was fast enough, libido was decent. I am not a hyper responder to testosterone, my total test never got above 700 ng/dl. Bloods always within range, no problem with fats, liver, glucose, etc. Primo, however, gave me huge painful nodules every time I used it. I tried a different source, different injection locations, didn't matter. I've been noticing more joint pain lately after the gym, and decided it was a good excuse to try nandrolone decanoate, since I was really annoyed with the nodules. I knew I'd have to use an AI again if I wasn't on the primo, but I've got a bunch of the anastrozole 0.5mg capsules still laying around. I've been on the test/deca combo for about three weeks now and I'm going to check my hormone levels to see how high my E2 is so I know what my AI dosing should be.
The deca knocked out my joint pain quickly, literally within a week of starting it my joints were feeling better. However, I just have no interest in sex at all, it's not ED, I just don't ever think about it, which I do not like at all. Additionally I feel like my mood is pretty low, I don't feel depressed but I feel mildly annoyed and critical. I know there's a possibility that this is just due to higher E2, but I see people reporting similar sides with deca, even with E2 management. I am not interested in that future.
What are people doing to supplement their TRT other than primo or deca? I'm not trying to get on a cycle here, just look good and feel good. Is the answer just go up to 250mg of test a week and manage the E2? Obviously I know everybody is different and there is no plug and play solution, but I'm interested in what other people have found to be effective in their cruise or TRT level compounds. More information is always better.
