I think your reading too much into it. I wasn’t trying to be a smart ass. I didn’t know 94% was grounds for a credit. This is my first time buying hgh never ran it. I apologise that’s how it came across. And I appreciate your help. I didn’t know 94% was bad till now. That’s why I said if I knew what I know now I would have gone a different route. I was simply trying to lighten the mood considering my mistake due to lack of knowledge. Again I appreciate you taking time to give me advice

Alright I’ll definitely have a go won’t hurt to ask. Thank you, I’ve learnt so much and I do truly appreciate it. The more I look at highly recommended suppliers and tests from jano. I see how bad it actually is. Even if I don’t get a credit, the fact I’ve raised the matter, will hopefully make them reconsider trying to sell that low in the future. I see now by what you mean.
