NPP as TRT

Thanks!

I've picked up some NPP, going to give it a go at 75mg a week, test see where e2 lies and then go from there. I'd be lying if I didnt say I was nervous but we'll see I suppose.

Thanks also for the reply.
Your E2 will be very low for sure. Try 150mg/week before checking it.
Also be aware of anhedonia and specially for suicidal thoughts have testosterone ready(short esters/MCT oil) and take it right away, don't wait for 'it's just a phase'.

I don't know what to tell you but you might have something going on. For example cancers can drastically change your hormone profile. Not insinuating anything but I feel your case should be solved with doctors. Specialized ones if you can. Do brain, full body scannings, etc.
You mentioned covid diagnosis... So these problems started after covid or are related to it?

Thanks Ricky, appreciate it. Any reason to start that high? Was going to start at 75 and see how I responded. I do have a vial of enanthate so will keep it handy.

I have plenty else going on, unfortunately - everything from identified mould illness to various post-viral syndromes. A lot of the fatigue-related problems pre dated Covid. Getting that then just blew the lid off the lot. I doubt it's anything cancerous as if it were I'd of died years ago. Of course you never know.

I appreciate the feedback.

Have a blessed Christmas.

Hi,

Just looking for some advice, I know 'deca only' is generally frowned upon. Just a little desperate and trying to piece it all together.

Very long story short.

Working through a long covid diagnoses. My endocrine system is a mess (as is my gut, immune system etc).

Total test is around 380, with an SHBG of 90. Ergo my free is in the gutter.

I've tried running test enanthate previously but even at low dosages of 75 - 100 mgs a week, I got every single side effect going. Hair loss, stupid amounts of water retention, and anxiety that was crippling. Sleep also went to hell, and my e2 went through the roof. Looked to control that with low dose of aromasin but even when it was within the normal range I still felt sh!t. Prolactin (touch wood) didn't budge much. Carrier oil was MCT. Tried two different vendors and every injection frequency you can imagine.

Have trialled hcg and enclompahine as well. Low doses, as low as 250 iu a week with the hcg. E2 went through the roof and ai's did little to remedy it. The depression and anhedonia more or less had me suicidal at one point. Enclomaphine was a similar story except in this case, my vision became an issue (12.5mg), hs-crp also jumped to over 7.

I evidently have issues with histamine and metabolising/ clearing/ aromatising both oestrogen and androgens. There's of course more to it than that but I'm not here to run you through my life story. Just find answers.

Nandrolone only is all I can of at the moment and I wanted to know if anyone had any experiences running the compound solo? NPP makes the most sense as I do not want to have to deal with the clearance time of a longer ester.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Thanks in advance
Skimmed thru the thread but didn’t see your height and weight? I did see 13-14% bf. Where you getting that number?

172 cm (about 5'8"), 64 kg, inflamed as hell at the moment, up 2.5 kg in the last 3 weeks (flare up + rubbish eating habits). Body fat subsequently up as well. Grew up a competitive cyclist, did plenty of skin folds (professionally), so have an idea how lean I am. No relying on bioimpedance.

Thanks for the reply.

What is your liver health like? I know liver can impact estrogen clearance.

I know it got a bad rep but ivermectin is dirt cheap and there seems to be some science behind the antiviral activity of it.

If you're throwing the kitchen sink at it why not try some NAC and injectable glutathione. NAC is cheap as from India, glutathione can be got from korea.

I only mention the last two because you said inflammation. Are you 100% sure you're not allergic to the carrier oil or the excipients used? Testosterone and it's metabolites can cause flu like symptoms.

Thank you for the reply and thinking outside the box.

Liver health is currently unknown. Last set of aminotransferase tests were fine, but I know I need an ultrasound based on symptoms. Likely some NAFLD or what the heck it's now called.

I do known isssues with glucoridination and sulfation and yeah, E2 has been an issue historically, I mean, clearing it. Ran a DUTCH test a while ago, which showed poor COMT activity and a propensity to drive more towards 4 hydroxyestradiol, meaning elevated oestrogen quinones and high levels of inflammation. Hence the rubbish response to test, well in part.

Have a drawer full of Ivermectin and Feben. Just need to find a reason to take them, grew up in Africa and have had a history of parasitic infections. Glutathion is a no brainer. Will investigate, thanks!

Honestly appreciate the feedback.
