WWB not replying

I ordered from WWB on dec 13, since then I have not received any updates on my package nor have I received a reply to my message from 23 dec on telegram or whatsapp. Is there anything going on that I don't know of?, and yes I have the correct number.

Before ordering, did you research WWB, their customer service, working hours and their average shipping durations?
