HCG for TRT+?

Hey there,

i have heard many things about HCG and i would like if someone could clarify some things up for me.
Im planning to get on 200mg - 250mg Test for a longer period of time, more like a TRT+ and i initially planned to use around 500-1000IE HCG besides that.

Though yesterday somebody told me that it was quiet stupid to consider HGC on Test in general and spoke of a habituation effect.
Most sources i find online only redirect to doctors or say to get a coach which is of course the best choice. But i would just like to see a bit through this, whats the matter with it?

Thanks!

I think it’s absolutely necessary to combine HCG with TRT (even though your dose is quite overdosed),

Both to maintain fertility and testicular function (which some people don’t care about) and to maintain a decent libido.

Personally, with no dosage do I have good libido without HCG (maybe with propionate it’s slightly better), but others might say differently. Still, if you search online, it’s full of people who report low libido with long esters until they introduce HCG.

From my personal experience, you need to dose it carefully because it can cause significant mood swings. If you’re using a lot of testosterone, it can push E2 (estradiol) too high, completely killing libido.

With a low testosterone dosage, it should give you an extreme boost in libido.

With 500 IU EOD (every other day) it was something monstrous… mental side effects aside.

For anyone who says that the libido boost from HCG is due to an increase in neurosteroids, I tried taking both DHEA and pregnenolone together without HCG, and the result wasn’t even remotely close to what I get with HCG.

hcg boosts my libido and also helps with the consistency of the resultant "production". without hcg, it was kind of thick and like a glob of mucus, with no exit velocity and low volume. it just kind of slowly seeped out.

my partner was dissatisfied with this, so i looked into ways to rectify it, and she has been quite happy with the result.

it does spike my e2, though personally i can tolerate high e2 very well. without hcg and a tiny bit of adex or asin, im around 20-25 e2, with hcg (and dhea), ill coast around 40-50.

took only 2 weeks for my jewels to swell back up to almost normal size (probably 80% when they were at like 30%)

250-500iu MWF

finally, it might be placebo, but i also noticed a small increase in mental clarity or sharpness. just kind of a generally better vibe mentally if that makes sense.

Im also planning to go on 150mg Test e for a longer time (maybe 5 years) until im 26 and wanna have Children. How much HCG /week would you say would be appropriate for that ? (Im also on 0,5g dutasteride /day)

250iu MWF should be enough to keep things working. Bump to 500iu MWF when you want to knock up the misses. I personally hated HCG so once the wife was pregnant I hopped off. It's always a good idea though to freeze some sperm in case. My wife didn't care about the lower volume so that was never a deciding factor for me

I don't see the point of running hcg. It's expensive and chances are if you want kids down the road you won't need any special drugs but will just need to get off everything for awhile

I think most people who became "sterile" from gear might have been sterile before going on and just had no idea they were. If pros can get off gear and have kids with minimal issues most of can do the same (speaking from experience as I had a kid after 8 years of blast and cruising)

It's inexpensive via sources on this board. Works wonders for my libido. Not many take for kids imo.

How did you deal with the reduced sex drive resulting from stopping HCG?
Why did you hate it?
