Tell us why
Mostly because my dogshit lifestyle the past 2 years (dieting for a cut look, poor sleep, overtraining, very heavy overtime, heavy stress) is giving me horrible hormone panels and I've been feeling the symptoms of low T. I don't think I've always been this way..

I've always had a very muscular build as a natural. The past 1.5 years I started cutting weight to super low bf% for me, which is around 10%. I look like I could be on steroids now, but I genuinely feel like a zombie constantly. I want to keep the physique I have, but not feel the symptoms.

Basically, going to try TRT+ and will probably stay on for life tbh. Getting my 3rd bloodwork panel done this year before finally hoping on.

For reference, here was my last hormone results 6 weeks ago. I've been eating in a surplus so I was hoping to see it improve on this from my next panel Friday, but I'm already committed to hoping on, it's just for my own piece of mind.

Total Testosterone (LC/MS/MS):
189 ng/dL (Reference: 250 – 1100 ng/dL) Free Testosterone (Equilibrium Dialysis): 35.8 pg/mL (Reference: 35.0 – 155.0 pg/mL)
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG): 28 nmol/L (Reference: 10 – 50 nmol/L)
Luteinizing Hormone (LH): 1.8 mIU/mL (Reference: 1.5 – 9.3 mIU/mL)
Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH): 3.2 mIU/mL (Reference: 1.4 – 12.8 mIU/mL)
Estradiol (Standard Immunoassay): <30 pg/mL (Reference: ≤39 pg/mL)
Prolactin: 3.5 ng/mL (Reference: 2.0 – 18.0 ng/mL)
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT, LC/MS/MS): 15 ng/dL (Reference: 12 – 65 ng/dL)
DHEA-Sulfate: 114 mcg/dL (Reference: 74 – 617 mcg/dL)
Androstenedione: 66 ng/dL (Reference: 50 – 220 ng/dL)
IGF-1 (LC/MS): 282 ng/mL (Reference: 63 – 373 ng/mL)

theres the infos we like to see.
now just add age+height+weight, plus some lifts/PRs to gauge strength, split and diet.

Your reasoning for hopping on seems alright (not great, but better than most newbies on here, which is nice for a change)

Besides test, what other compounds do you have your eyes on? seeing as you said TRT+? (or are you just gonne up the test?)

Sometimes it's not obvious until you spell it out for yourself

I want to keep the physique I have, but not feel the symptoms.

Nobody gets both at the same time. We just get to pick when we want one or the other.

You have a food induced problem that you are trying to fix with drugs

This won't get you the physique you want nor the energy you want.

You will just end up bloated and mad about it

I'm not an expert but this looks like secondary hypogonadism?

Possible calorie restriction induced? Do you have any thyroid numbers?

If you don't want to shut your nuts down (possibly permanently) you could try HCG only.

If you INSIST on using gear avoid anything synthetic. So that would be testosterone, insulin and HGH only.

Anything like tren/deca/MENT has a higher risk of permanent shutdown.

If you go on blast taking HCG every week is non-negotiable. You may find after staying on TRT/HCG for a few years that your testicular function is restored.

It's funny to see all this old 4chan shit hitting mainstream lol what a world we live in.

Welcome fren.

Right now I'm 182lbs, 5,9", and 29yrs old.

I don't really go below 12reps often but I've had massive strength decrease the past 6 months because I was getting too skinny when I dropped to ~170lbs (Ex. Bench press went from 14x225lbs to 7x225lbs). I was only eating ~2,200 calories 200g protein, 45g fat, the rest carbs for like 6 months, which was a mistake. I didn't physically lose that much muscle size, but I definitely lost a lot of strength.

Currently eating ~3100 from my bloods 6 weeks ago and seeing if my panel improves back to normal ranges so I know a baseline in case I want to come off.

As far as my plan, looking at 250mg Test-C per week, and probably going to use HCG 250IU 3x weekly.

My main concern is losing fertility. Not planning on kids anytime soon at all, I just don't want to take a risk of my nuts not working later on when I'm like 35. I'm aware I need FSH to truly maintain full fertility while on testosterone, but it's too expensive to use all year long.

I've used GH secretagogues starting the day of my last bloodwork, going to test IGF-1 levels Friday to see if it was effective. If not, I'm going to use HGH, just because it seems like a freebie on side effects.

Not looking to use anything else for at least 4 months. I already have TEST-C, HCG, and aromasin on hand.

Yeah, everything I've read into spells out secondary hypogonadism.I wish I had gotten bloodwork done like 4 years ago so I could know for sure.

This 3rd blood panel coming up, I've made a genuine effort at recovery for sleeping better and eating in a surplus. Not sure if 6 weeks is enough to recover back to my baseline.

Hopefully it shows up better. I'm getting on test regardless though to see what it's all about.

The past year has been rough af, low T is a weird feeling. Tired all the time, change in personality, increased anxiety, and literally zero sex drive.

I suffered primary hypogonadism at 36 years old. My level was like 4.7 nmol

I know what it's like lol

Keep in mind you will probably want children later on, especially if you get your life in order.

Don't fuck your nuts permanently by using synthetic androgens. Also keep in mind as soon as you touch gear you will only make daughters.

There is a reason why most guys on gear or naturally high in test can't concieve sons.

Thyroids were all middle reference range btw. Nutrients were all ref range or optimal.

The only other things that were off are Lipoprotein (a) at 184 which i can't really do anything about.

See if this program operates in your area?

It's an intake for drug trials to treat elevated lpa but masked as a community service.

If they test you and your results are elevated, someone will contact you about a drug trial that may or may not help you.
