Whats good said improvments was coming, and seems they have touched down like Zeke back in '16

A few more weeks until my guy can get them to me, we both got other priorities right now. Maybe a month or a little longer until fully implemented ill update as i decide.

This is what you can expect:

Class B autoclave, Biosilicone tubing, digital peristaltic pump, Polycap 36TF capsule filters 0.2um, flow hood obviously

Still gonna keep using presterile sealed vials. not gonna fuck with autoclaving stoppers and vials, big waste of time when the goal of this is to buy myself time rather than close up shop. We'll see how it goes.

I really really want to, as my goal, offer 12mL vials at same price. we'll see after i run calcs because everything always costs more and makes less than anticipated when all is said and done, but this prices with the time savings look really good even accounting for losses and risk using up more raw for less product.

$2400 for 100 meters wow. Innovafluor looks to be the best, though. Gore’s tubing is ePTFE reinforced silicone so not the same as coated and likely not as good for this specific use case.

Version 2001 is excellent and should be cheaper.

Anyway any of those written above are ok. So find the cheapest and buy thst one. No need to buy the most expensive especially because the time the liquid stay in contact with the tubes is limited.

15 meters should be plenty for a while. You dont need long connection and you can reuse the tubes, no need to sterilize them either, just clean and sanitize them f you make a loop where the capsule filter is the last thing before the bottle.

No sir. Will be removing stoppers under flow hood for placing oil into vials via bottle top dispenser

That is an option indeed but then you need all sterile tubing all the time and the issue is it's not easy to find fittings on the head pump that can be autoclaved, plus you everytime you stop it to go to the next vial it easily leak oil. As he decrimp anyway for recapping, using a bottle dispenser and lifting stoppers is quicker and probably easier

For all your tubing that doesn’t need to be flexible, just get a set of tubing benders and use 316ss tubing and swagelok fittings. You can take it apart and auroclave it. Everything in food / pharmaceutical / cosmetic factories I’ve worked in is all 316ss pipe and tubing.
