I started my recent health journey about a year ago. I started watching my nutrition and working out consistently. After losing 60 pounds and gaining some muscle I still felt like shit. Better, but feel like shit. I went to the doc and got prescribed TRT. Been on the Test for about 4 weeks now and I do feel a lot better overall, but it has me craving more in terms of optimizing my potential. So then I found this place. I am mid 30s, 5'11" 185. I still need to lost roughly 15 pounds of fat which has me researching reta.
