Brothers,

My name is Paul Haidu Gerea. I am not an anonymous poster. I am attaching my name to this analysis because the public health crisis I will detail is too severe for ambiguity.

Before I begin, let me address the obvious question: 'Why is a Stanford-trained chemist with IChO medals involved in this space?' The answer is simple: I believe in the science of human optimization, but I am deeply disillusioned with the gatekeeping and hypocrisy of the mainstream. This community exists because of a shared, rational pursuit of an edge. That pursuit is built on a fragile foundation of trust and a code of honor. We accept certain risks, but we do not accept the risk of being poisoned by incompetence or defrauded by malice. Primal Pharma has catastrophically violated that code.

This is not a customer service complaint. This is a scientific audit of a failed and dangerous operation.

PART I: ANALYSIS OF INJECTABLE CONTAMINATION & RESULTING MEDICAL EMERGENCY

Observation:
An order of Testosterone and Masteron oils consistently produced severe, anomalous Post-Injection Pain (PIP), culminating in a medical crisis.

Chemical Analysis:
The Masteron vials arrived with severe crystallization (precipitation) of the drostanolone propionate ester. From a first-principles chemistry perspective, this "crashing" is an undeniable hallmark of a failed formulation. It indicates a supersaturated solution where the solute (the hormone) exceeds the carrying capacity of the solvent/oil matrix. This is typically caused by:

  1. Improper Solvent Ratios: Insufficient benzyl alcohol (BA) or benzyl benzoate (BB) used to maintain the hormone's solubility.
  2. Impure Raw Materials: The use of low-purity hormone powder, which has poorer solubility characteristics.
  3. Carrier Oil Failure: Use of a low-quality or inappropriate carrier oil that cannot properly hold the compound in suspension.

Medical Consequence:
The injection of these unstable, contaminated solutions resulted in a predictable, severe inflammatory response. This was not standard PIP. It was characterized by extreme induration, erythema, and pyrexia, progressing to a well-defined sterile abscess with clear signs of central necrosis. This occurred systematically across all eight (8) vials and multiple, rotated injection sites (gluteal & ventrogluteal), using a flawless, single-use sterile protocol. This rules out "user error" and points directly to a high load of inflammatory contaminants (likely un-dissolved hormone micro-crystals and/or bacterial endotoxins) within the product itself.

Evidence:
  • Fig. 1: High-resolution photograph of the precipitated Masteron vial.
  • Fig. 2: Clinical photograph of the resulting sterile abscess. (WARNING: GRAPHIC)

PART II: ANALYSIS OF ORAL ADULTERATION & FRAUD

The systemic failure extended to the oral compounds.

  • Anavar (Oxandrolone): The product was demonstrably counterfeit. It produced significant edema (water retention), a pharmacological effect antithetical to Oxandrolone. This effect is the classic signature of substitution with a cheaper, easily synthesized, and estrogenic oral steroid, likely Dianabol (Methandrostenolone). This is verifiable via a standard sulfuric acid reagent test, where Dianabol produces a characteristic deep reddish-brown color, while pure Oxandrolone yields a pale yellow or no change.
  • Clenbuterol: The product was inert. The lack of any beta-2 agonist activity (no thermogenic effect, no increase in heart rate, no tremors) even at doses escalating to 120mcg/day, indicates the product contained little to no active Clenbuterol Hydrochloride. Verifying this compound requires HPLC/MS, a test that any serious lab should be conducting on every batch. Their failure to do so is an act of gross negligence.

PART III: THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE & THE FINAL LIE

When I presented this mountain of evidence to Primal Pharma privately, I was met with insults and baseless accusations. However, in their rage, they made a critical error: they capitulated and agreed to issue a full refund.

(See Fig 3-6, in particular Fig 5: Screenshot of their email, where they state "We'll issue you a full refund... send me your BTC address so I get you taken care of.")

I provided my information as requested. That was over 72 hours ago.

No refund has been sent (one can check on the blockchain that there are no transaction to the given address).

They did not just sell me a dangerous and fraudulent product. They looked me in the eye, gave me their word that they would make it right, and then they lied. Their contempt for their customers is absolute.

CONCLUSION

The evidence is overwhelming and points to a single, terrifying conclusion: Primal Pharma is a dangerous, fraudulent, and dishonorable operator. Their injectables are contaminated, their orals are counterfeit, their business practices are reprehensible, and their word is worthless.

I was fortunate that my background in science allowed me to manage my own medical crisis. The next victim may not be so lucky.

This is my analysis. This is my evidence. I am attaching my name to this warning.

This is a harm reduction forum, and I know that I am not alone when I say, I get nothing but bad vibes from Primal Pharma.

They have never sent the requisite pictures of their sterility procedures, lab setup, or anything else to dispel the rumors that they're probably just Axle rebranded. I asked them, multiple times, about their lab setup. Their response was nil.

When I asked them how they're able to achieve Test C 500 without any aggressive solvents they told me " It’s a balancing act, but it’s absolutely doable without resorting to harsher solvents if you know what you're doing."
Basically, their assertion is they can do what nobody else can because they know what they're doing.

I continued with a direct line of questioning, to which I never received a satisfactory reply. These are questions I knew the approximate answers to, based off of light reading across Meso's pages, and was surprised I wasn't receiving a straight answer.

Their refusal or inability to comply to the standard practice of providing lab pictures is concerning, and likely points to reselling of potentially Chinese oils, with some brewing occurring in house.

They have done nothing to earn my confidence nor business, and I am certain I'm not alone in that. Your claim is not the first I've heard of a shot gone bad as a byproduct of their product, and likely won't be the last.

They can’t post lab pictures because they saw how that went with Olympian. It’s really that simple. This is the colonial, juiceape, muscle candy, healthy hippo, Olympian rebrand. It’s painfully obvious.

The thing that concerns me is the snitching allegations. A thread was posted here by an obvious associate doxxing juice and axle. He claims juice is working for the dea after being busted driving with gear. Legal documents were posted as proof there and if you google the address given by the defendant in those documents and do a bit of digging you will find deed information for his new address, showing the mentioned individual lives a mere 15 minutes from where primal ships his packs. Go figure.

It's a UGL, just because they added "Pharma" to it doesn't mean it's a Phamaceutical company. Especially if it's here in the USA. They wouldn't be on here.

UGL's in general used to go by "word of mouth", if a couple thousand say it's GTG, and 1 says it was bunk, I'm trusting the couple of thousand. Every UGL I've used was because "so and so" recommended it to me. And most of these "so and sos' are/were in some type of competitive athletics.

Some are hit and miss. Bad reaction, just go somewhere else is what I would have told him. Seems like he's the 1 out of a couple thousand.

- I am just what you call a 'student of the game' right now, and in the learning of becoming a professional drug user'ish....

I have a parcel on the way, and it is real f...ing Cold in Scandinavia - the first thing I am gonna look for are crystals, and I am not a chemist...... JFC

Honestly, even the images look AI generated. Look at the underwear. Lauren is with an "i." This is guardbanding by AI, where it modifies the images it creates purposely so there's always a telltale sign it was AI generated. Even the kerning and positioning of each letter of the text is fucked up. Either this is Alibaba Ralph Lauren underwear or it was AI generated.
