First, Deus Medical is not marketed by us as a publicly listed pharmaceutical company supplying hospitals or pharmacies. It is an India-based manufacturer operating in a regulated environment, producing prescription-grade compounds for export and distribution through approved partners. Like the vast majority of manufacturers in this segment.Second, regarding certificates and quality claims. We do not ask customers to trust marketing text alone. Every batch sold through our store is supported by third-party laboratory testing. Independent Janoshik Analytical reports are published per product, not generic claims. These tests cover identity, concentration, and contamination markers. This is exactly how quality is verified in this space in practice.Third, on sterility and contamination risk. Injectable products are produced in controlled environments and oil-based injectables are terminally filtered. Long-term users are also free to independently test products if they wish. We have been operating for over six years in this market, with a large repeat customer base, and there is no pattern of adverse outcomes attributable to contamination.Fourth, regarding addresses and offices. Distribution, administration, and manufacturing do not need to share the same physical address. This is normal for international operations and does not imply deception. Our role is distribution and logistics, not claiming to be a manufacturing plant in Europe. Finally, nobody here is forced to trust us. We provide verification systems, batch testing, public discussion, and we answer questions openly. Many members here have shared long-term use experiences, positive and negative, and that transparency is exactly how informed decisions should be made.If someone prefers not to use underground or gray-market products at all, that is completely reasonable. But framing standard industry practices as “lies” while ignoring the provided verification tools and independent lab data is not accurate either. We are here to answer questions, not to convince anyone against their judgment.

I’ve been looking into Deus Medical and the math just isn’t mathing. There’s a massive gap between what the brand claims to be on its website and what is being said here.

On the official site, it’s clearly stated that "Deus Medical is one of the leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing brands in India". But then on this forum, we're told the brand isn't marketed as a pharmaceutical company. You can’t put "Pharmaceutical" in your main bio and then claim you're not a pharma company when someone asks questions.

The website has a section about Generic Drugs, bragging about how they save billions of dollars for hospitals and retail pharmacies. Yet, the representative here admits the brand doesn't supply hospitals or pharmacies. If Deus Medical isn't in hospitals, why is the website taking credit for hospital-level savings? It feels like using a big pharma script to sell gray-market products.

On top of the identity crisis, I see people complaining about how long they have to wait for their packages. It’s hard to buy into the "leading brand" image when basic logistics seem to be such a struggle. I truly hope the rest of the guys here actually receive their orders without more delays.

At the end of the day, HarryDeus is right about one thing: nobody is forced to trust or buy from them. Personally, if a brand can't even keep its own story straight about who they are or who they sell to, I’m out.
