It can be very liver toxic - professionals / competitors run it for 1 - 2 weeks at the end of contest prep. If you're going to run it you need to have NAC, TUDCA on hand at a minimum, if not injectable glutathione.
What is your experience with PEDs? What are your stats / goals?
There are many more compounds that are a LOT safer than superdrol. Why are we starting here?

Superdrol honestly is the oral I dislike the most. Never ever had an oral steroid make me feel ultra lethargic before. However, that is just my personal experience with the compound.

You are most likely going to feel shit and lethargic after 10-14 days. Superdrol is too toxic to run for an extended period of time imo.
Its really good as a preworkout oral a few times a week, before a photoshoot or bodybuilding show or powerlifting meet.
I see a good impact of 10-15mg preworkout on my performance, focus, strength and mind muscle connection. The aesthetic visual impact it has of making you look fuller and drier is nice as well.

You have to remember, when masteron was developed. The oral "superdrol" version was tested as well and it got a big nope. I always look if an exotic anabolic steroid was developed, but they never even tried to bring it to market, there was likely a good reason they never did.

stuff messed me up in 7 days, liver wasnt even elevated that high.
If I had to run it again I'd do like 4mg injectable
i dont think ill run it again because for some reason, this last time, my face was extremely bloated, dont think that happened to me before

Superdrol is awesome. You'll get ridiculously strong, vascular and great pumps. It's my favorite oral, id run it all the time if I could. Some ppl feel bad on it but ive never experienced any serious egatives. Joints hurt a little more is all Ive noticed.
Same here. Don't get much strength gains from it personally and wrecks me more than Halo

I bought some injectable. Will run 20MG per day for 2 weeks to kick off test/eq cycle. Just had bloods and reta has dropped ldl 20 points. I will draw bloods again in 2.5 weeks.
These days orals to me make no sense to front load a cycle. A quick run mid blast or at the end then ya go for it. But why start out the cycle by nuking all your health markers in 2-6 weeks depending on choice of oral.
Superdrol you'll wreck your liver function and tank your hdl to start your cycle. Your liver will recover but with so many of our body's processes running through our liver id rather not stress it before the cycle even really gets going.

I kickstart with long ester cycles. Works for me. This one will be 12 weeks. I ran oral SD 20 mg for 2 weeks front load and it kicked ass two years ago. It did increase ldl about 20 points. Bloods were fine besides that. 4 weeks or at 40MG? sure, too much.

I‘m on 40mg for 2 weeks now and tbh I don’t notice anything special except better pumps. I use it for the last few weeks of my cut though
Myldl is always great sub 50 even on orals but sdrol tanks my hdl from a high of 30 so not great to begin with to like 12. Not really how I want to start a cycle since it's so hard to recover hdl on cycle and I like to run 6-9 month cycles titrating up. Anadrols a little nicer to me just a 10 point hdl hit after 3 weeks
Besides that though what specifically about the sdrol kickstart kicked ass? I'm willing to reconsider my view.
