I crashed my e2 like a dumbass

So I started EQ. I haven’t used this compound before but I know it can act as an AI. I’m also a very heavy aromatizer so I had my doubts that I’d be okay with just 1:1 ratio test to eq. So anyways I decided I’d start with 150mg of each 2x per wk. first dose I was okay but started feeling some of what I thought I recognized as high e2 symptoms: feeling flushed, hot flashes, heart palpitations. But they were all super mild so I decided I didn’t need an ai and I’d adjust. yesterday I took my second weekly dose. By this am I felt flushed, headache, high blood pressure, worse heart palpitations. I assumed my e2 was high. Like a dumbass. Since that’s almost always my problem. Well I took my AI early this am and now I’m in literally hell. Horrible headache, fatigue, joint aches, high blood pressure all the symptoms of low e2. Now I’m realizing that my e2 was probably low from the eq and I just crashed it into the toilet with arimadex.

I know I can only verify with bloods. I plan to make an appointment asap. But what do y’all think would help in the meantime? Up the test? Take some extra HCG? Wait till I get my bloods?

ive heard test no ester, few relatively large boli shots of short eser test (prop, ace, phenylprop, etc) upping the test, dianabol (pretty sure this one is just symptom relief and not the same e2 you're lacking), hcg,and dhea (otc supplement) can help get out of an e2 hole.

you could also try and source some estradiol cypionate/enanthate orsomething similar to rebound quickly.

I almost bought some dianabol recently exactly for this. I knew it can help me if I fuck up and crash my e2 with eq. But I don’t think I can source it fast enough. I just took 800iu HCG hoping it helps raise my e2. Probably should take more. I have some test prop too I might try that.

doesnt hurt to source some of those things now even if its too late for this time, just to have on hand. or at least thats what i tell myself to justify things...

- that's what I use from my stash if I stumble into the same issue as you, inj. Dbol.

+ I like to blend a shot Dbol with TNE once in a while, but for very different reasons.....

I feel ya. I recently did the same thing and I felt absolutely awful. I was skeptical of the antiestrogenic effects of EQ and kept my normal amount of AI in for the test dose I was using. I honestly felt like I developed dementia. In my case, I think EQ also gives me bad anxiety, which when added to the low E2, felt fucking awful. I started microdosing my wife's estradiol tablets. HCG should help (unsure of the dose) So should any fast acting testosterone. I'd assume a large dose at once, so as to spike E2, but I'm guessing.

You're not wrong, but ultrasensitive E2 can take two weeks to come back in many areas. If you feel like you're going insane, you need relief yesterday, not in two weeks.

Do you use hCG ?
You have Dbol or Estradiol pills in house ? At first stop using Ari !

You don‘t need US E2 to see how low your readings are. If i do blood AM i have my results PM same day.

man, i feel for you. crashing your e2 is the absolute worst feeling - literally feels like being hit by a truck. i've made the same mistake thinking it was high e2 when it was actually just the eq-driven blood pressure spikes or something else.

if i were in your shoes i'd definitely pop some extra hcg if you have it on hand, usually helps me bounce back a bit faster than just waiting for a test ester to kick in. maybe bump the test up slightly for a week too just to get some aromatization going again. that 1:1 ratio is sneaky, some guys just can't handle that much eq without their e2 tanking. hope you feel better soon man, the joint aches are the worst part.

Does hcg rises e2 this much? I've been experienced using 300ui hcg e3d during trt, and noticed mood changes, water retention... maybe from e2 elevetaded by hcg so?

You are on week 2 on EQ? And now you have a crashed e2?

Either way Arial has e2cyp and inj DBOL, id get that. In the interim just use a higher shot of test. TNE doesn't aromatize much since it clears so quickly.

I agree with the other posters. Crashing your E2 in 10 days seems suspicious.

If in fact E2 is your issue what has worked for me is 250mg test immediately, 1,500 IU HCG 3X for one week. Last time this happened to me I followed the above for two weeks and it worked out.
