Proper hgh dosing

Its pretty crazy to me that some people start out at +6iu's daily, i dont understand the mindset of starting high like its a "spray and pray", just start low and slow and find your sweet spot, some people will feel the hand syndrome thing at 6iu and some at 24iu, everyone is different.

Im starting at 2iu's and titrating slowly up to see where i feel the best, and if i started where every "influencer" says to start, then its 250-500mg test a week, 8ius og growth and 5mg reta LOL, im at 150 test, 1.15mg reta and that shit hits me hard AF already.

I never had to go over 1.5 mg of Reta and have amazing results with it 6 months.. these ppl at 12 mg of Reta imo is insane.

We've got one completely uninformed newbie telling another unformed newbie to "up their dose to 8"?

Where are these kids getting their info from?
I’m assuming he’s taking growth hormone for muscle and it’s the only thing he’s taking, 4 ius is just over replacement doses for most. 8 ius isn’t going to do much either in terms of muscle but it’s better then 4 and doesn’t have any major sides to worry about. He thinks there’s no point of more then 4 ius which is just not true. I just dont see what the problem with my statement is?

It hits everyone differently. I'm up to 8mg although I'm at target weight and I'm gonna titrate down to 4mg and stay there. And 3ius is all I need for body recomp on HGH.

Sounds like ppl have messed up mitochondria’s and if you fix that first you don’t need much of anything to get great results if you know how biology works.

I’m pretty much a low dose of everything and have better results than guys on triple or quadruple the gear cause of my system being fine tuned properly.

4IUs almost tripled my IGF-1. It is way over replacement dosages for many people. And it has drastically transformed my physique in 6 months
 
Not sure if you guys have seen my older threads before but Ive been on test and gh before, just a lower dosage of gh because i was targeting mainly fat loss. This thread was just a quick question to see if just hgh will maintain the boost I had on test which it seems it wont unfortunately…
