Cheapest way to acquire USDC or USDT is through Revolut (at least it is in the UK). No fees to purchase stable coins or fund the account from a UK bank. Transferring that USDC/USDT anywhere obviously incurs fees as that's unavoidable, I've used pretty much every exchange (and on ramp) that's existed, Revolot is currently the cheapest/easiest.

While it's not too hard to use Exodus, I find it hard to send USDT. I purchased some USDT on the app and when I tried to send it to a vendor, it said I also needed Ethereum coin because USDT is on ETH network. Overall bitcoin is still the easiest.

I mean I used the dnp from Tracy 1 week at 500mg and 750 for a little over a week and lost almost 20lbs but was also in an aggressive deficit so idk how much of it was from the dnp. I def felt weaker/more lethargic on it but wasn’t as hot as people say you should be on dnp. Also have never used dnp from anywhere else so don’t have another product to compare it to. Started on 12/24 stopped on 1/9 and lost 18lbs. Up about 7lbs since stopping and eating more around maintenance

If your not eating much of anything (especially carbs) you don't get as much of the heat effect.

I was going to post my log a while back but this forum is generally against dnp so I didn't bother. This was with Q's tablets.

Day 1-3: 750mg
Day 4-8: 1000mg
Day 9-16: 1250mg

This got me 38lbs loss total with 10k steps daily and 2200 calories per day. No weight training, down to about 6% bf. There was plenty that went into this that I'm not going to bother getting into here. Only posting this to serve as an anecdote to show that the tablets were real.

38lb loss in 2 weeks and you were already lean enough that it got you to 6% bf

Exodus is great as a wallet. I also use it to store crypto acquired elsewhere. I wouldn't use it to buy or swap though. It's self custodial, much better for security and nobody can freeze your assets but it means that all actions are performed on chain so it's not cheap to transact.

It's called bacteriostatic water. That means the amount of bacteria is kept static. It stops new bacterial growth.

Without it 24 hours at room temperature or 48 hours refrigerated. The bacteria WILL inter the vial and they will start to eat and degrade the peptide.

You can make your own bacteriostatic water rather simply. You need water for injection and benzyl alcohol.

If you have ever tried to grow mushrooms you would understand that bacteria is everywhere and it's impossible to stop it no mater how sterile your technique is.

So to answer your question directly : yes if you want to make a multidose vial bacteriostatic water is a necessity.

To your point though, and what others can't seem to comprehend is that even after autoclave sterilizing spawn, using a clean culture, prepping with alcohol, and flame sterilizing a needle while using aseptic techniques you STILL can get comtaminates and that's just while growing.

Without the use of BA I can't even imagine the microorganisms one could be potentially injecting into themselves when having multi use vials in the fridge for weeks.

Here is a portion of my health data showing my recorded weight each day. You can see the Withings logo showing it was automatically inputted from my scale. The first 3 weights after initial weigh-in had to be manually input as the weight loss was too quick with glycogen loss. The scale would not register the weight values to my profile. But you can see the initial 225 automatically recorded at the bottom of the photo.
