IM. lats (like 3 good spots on each lat), side delts, rear delts, quads, tricep, pecs, and ventroglute (vg is very infrequent tough). also did bicep a few times, and traps once.when you are injectng a small amount daily are you doing subq or im?
re your question about bf% and AAS:
there is a fuckload of good info, bad info, and nonsense info, all crossing wires and contradicting itself all over the place on that topic.
people will say "if youre too fat itll be a waste bc youll aromatize too heavily" but aromatase activity is not exclusively determined by fat mass. plenty of lean super aromatizers, and less rare but they exist--fat non aromatizers. also, aromoatase inhibitors are a regular guest for almost all aas users. so it never made tons of sense to me.
then there is the, "you have more blood volume as a fatty." and this one is true, and can affect many things related to androgen load and utilization. the androgens get into your blood, and that blood does flow thru fat cells. so technically speaking, there is a bit of a "waste" that occurs when injecting supraphysiological levels of androgens while fat.
one of the more valid concerns; being fat isnt free and it should be handled before adding extra stress to the body by way of aas. this is real, and true. now there are some unicorns who didnt get bad lipids being fat, who have a heart that works perfectly before during and after being fat, people who either never became full-blown diabetic or barely scratched that ceiling at all, etc etc. but the reality is that this is not true for most people.
starting aas while being fat and having a cholesterol problem is adding gasoline to a housefire. starting aas while being fat and having a not-so-healthy heart is a very bad idea for many reasons, like increasing blood pressure, increasing oxidative stress generally, potentially messing up sleep, etc.
another of the more valid concerns imo; discipline, lifestyle, habits, shortcuts, and the PURPOSE of aas/PEDs.
aas are for building muscle not burning fat. ive seen this repeated so many times. and it is true. in some scenarios you can build appreciable muscle while also burning fat, but its always going to be less efficient than focusing solely on one. and when youre in a situation that is relatively dire, like being super fat, it doesnt make a whole lot of sense to NOT make that your priority.
now a TON of the people finger-wagging and looking down their nose yapping about lifestye and discipline are not engaging in good faith and have an innate fear of being fat (or being fat again) and a general disdain for fat people for whatever reason. that doesnt take away from the validity of the message tho. so all ill say is that PEDs should always be earned in some way. whether thats by losing a bunch of weight without them, training hard and making appreciable gains for a year or two, etc. just SOMETHING, something to be able to have to prove to yourself that you were committed to it before you took the plunge. bc there is also the fact that drugs aren't everything, and many people look to drugs for a shortcut and end up crippling their HPTA and self-image for next to no return at all.
summing it up; ive read probably hundreds but at least dozens of perspectives on this topic, as I am a fatty myself (405 to my current 280 in 1 year, started endocrinologist-managed trt 8 months in after needing to drop clomid) using exogenous testosterone and have been curious as to why it would be a bad idea. ive seen a few fatties who used PEDs to assist in their weight loss transformation with crazy results, ive seen people who decided to do it without and then hopped on for crazy results, ive seen people who hopped on while fat to no real progress, tons of water retention, and likely nothing gained but hurt feelings.
make sure youre healthy enough first, make sure youre fully dialed in on a solid exercise routine that includes regular non-skipped cardio and tracked weight training, make sure you've got some understanding of eating habits, diet and macros, and have a pedigree of executing on one for a solid amt of time, then make your choice. if you do choose to go, imo it doesnt make sense to do anything but a little more testosterone than the upper end of trt (often called trt+), maybe some gh if youre older, and MAYBE some primo (just bc ive constantly seen it mentioend to slightly fat people as an add on to control their estrogen while being slightly anabolic and not very hard on the body--I am not personally recommending it, just saying it has made an appearance many times from knowledgable people and therefore now makes sense in my head as a low dose addon to fat man trt+)
sorry for the novel. that got all the way away from me. but you happened to catch me at a fat time in my life and its something thats been front of mind for months now.
