Old man slowly figuring things out

- 63yr old
- 6.4, 238, down from 335 after double hip replacement and double ankle replacement during covid
- typically lift every other day, and off days either swim .75-1 mile or ride bike 10-15 miles
- been on test for 10 yrs, every 4 days subq
- have run cjc\ipa 2x w decent results after 12 and 16 weeks.
- recently had major wrist surgery ran bpb\tb4 for 12 weeks but didn't really seem to do anything.
-been running tirz for past 2 months after 6 months of reta, switched cause reta pretty much stopped working for me.

Joining up cause I'm thinking of running some hgh I have and am fkn clueless on dosing protocols for a beginner. Also sitting on some mast but gonna wait on that till I can go back to full bore in gym after wrist recovery.in 2-3 months.

All I got to offer and looking for some proper guidance with gh and mast. Thnx
