If you follow other vendor threads or ever end up on a hellhole telegram/discord channel you'll see constant complaints from the broccoli's about vendors not answering a million questions post order. Then on top of that you find out they ordered a single vial of test and a bottle of Anavar.
Fuck em. Add a minimum. Run your business in a way that works best for you. The adults in the room will be fine.

when i open back up i have to add a minimum, theres no reason i have an 80 message chain with someone with a $80 order. im not dealing with stuff like that anymore. its such a huge time cost and it only happens with these small orders

A $150-200 minimum order sounds like a solid starting point, and you can always adjust later based on demand. I was honestly a bit surprised at first that there was no minimum at all. The time and risk involved in shipping very small orders usually just isn’t worth it.

If you decide to keep free shipping for orders over $200, that would be a nice touch, but of course that’s up to you. A $15 shipping fee isn’t really a big deal either.

Overall, it’s good to see your evolution. You’re clearly moving away from the early “for myself and the bros” mindset and starting to think more like a businessman. It’s been interesting to watch that transition.
