Newbie introduction

Hi, new and naive on the subject so thought I would join in the hope of finding out some real and truthful information as so far only watched YouTube but feel they always end up trying to sell something!
I`m 57 years old 1.8m and only 70Kg my shoulders are so narrow that I don't like going out in public, and would never take my shirt off. So about 3 years ago decided capped delts and a six pack would give me the confidence I needed. I have built my own garage gym, as obviously would never go to a public one, but fast forward and according to my scales I am down to 19% BF with a muscle mass of 52Kg a big improvement but no real visual change. I have dabbled for a very short time wit Reta and although at first seemed to help as it stops me feeling hungry, the fat percentage is stagnant. Making me feel its fake, or just me. So on to now, I have had my Test checked and is on the minimum level around 300 I think, but is within range so no TRT from the Doctor. I`m wondering if this is why I feel so weak and tired, which got me thinking lets try it myself. I haven't yet as the first attempt to buy some ended up with me being scammed (happy to say by who) and then came across this site. So that's my brief and open introduction, a middle aged guy wanting to get jacked to build his confidence while staying fit and healthy! Looking forward to learning lots from you guys and hope there are real people out there wanting to share and help others.

Idk man everyone is welcome at the public gym. I get the working out in the garage thing cause I started fat and started in a small 24/7 gym. I think it was kind of counterproductive though cause the equipment was sub par.

To address the stagnant fat part, if you’re not losing fat it’s not cause of the glp. It is cause you are not in a calorie deficit, No glp or really any drug can override that. if you don’t understand exactly what that is, you should definitely get educated cause calorie deficits and calorie surpluses are fundamental to this building muscle thing. If you’re getting appetite suppression, or any of the side effects, your Reta isn’t fake.

Yeah id say 300 test is low, I was 440 but people told me that’s pretty normal, which is true cause it’s in range. Honestly you being weak and tired could really be from being in a fat loss phase for a long period of time. For me it even just comes once I start to get under 18 percent body fat, I do aggressive deficits though, so that’s likely another reason. A lot of guys recommend not really hopping on anything other than Reta and maybe trt until you’re done with the fat loss. Then from there you can dabble with the other stuff. That’s what the more experienced guys say.
