That’s a good dose. Remember ala is the synthetic made aka , 50% natural, 50% man made costs less and a 600 mgs dose equals about 300 mgs r ala for people that don’t want to spend the extra cash
I used to buy r ala in 2004 from ast-ss, nac as well, and 80 $ for 6 llb protein isolate ast brand before new technology with third party testing for most standard companies came out
I use to use it post workout but see no need with my logic today
Used to use na-r Ala from 2009-2018 or so , which is even stronger , and it definitely lowered blood sugar to the point I’d get classic hypoglycemia, faintly, dainty, just about passing out
I don’t use Ala much anymore bc I use resistance exercise , cardio, posing , air squats, whatever to keep blood sugar under control, diet mainly but for vitamins I take long term like k vitamin, vit e, d, i buy the natural version of the vitamins bc I feel good it can matter

At one time as a natural I see to expirementing with using it with last meal and may have woken up leaner but not worth dropping blood sugar too low of carbs last meal and dont want to be woken up starving with blood sugar sugar, unless it’s a shake only with a small amount of fat; provided nutrition , supplements are just right for sleep
During prep had to change gh dosing to upon awaking , where it is more ideal for fat loss, if you do cardio, and keep insulin levels low next four hours or so
It’s ideal to use upon awaking for fat loss for me but today with snow, I’ll take it pre bed bc I usually don’t eat carbs first meal and work isn’t happening today so tonights the second best option for me and still a good one
