I had a customer reach out to me, with unfortunate news. Their order consisted of 8 vials. Two out of five vials of Test Cyp 250mg/mL had a strand of hair inside each one. The rest of the vials were fine. The vials were sealed. The customer requested a refund for the entire order, so I did as such and refunded him completely.

This is very upsetting and frustrating for me to say the least. I went underneath my flow hood instead of staying outside of it as I always do. Without a hairnet , the airflow must have pushed onto my head, without wearing a hairnet.

There is absolutely no reason why this should have happened or the vials going out without me seeing it. I always check my vials before shipping, I got careless and did not heat up vials last week before going out and missed it.

I am sorry, for failing the community. Many of you know I strive for the best on quality. This isn’t just talk. Of the current USA sources I was the first one to implement a flow hood, use flurotec stoppers, switch to miglyol 812. With pictures and proof not just words. I also switched to capsule filtering before discussions started about leeching from bottle top filters. I take this very seriously, so it is like a kick in the read for me. My apologies. It will never happened again.

I’m assuming he provided photo/video proof showing the hair in the vials, right?

Either way, credit where it’s due, refunding the full order is the right move on your end.

That said, asking for a refund on the entire order when only 2 out of 5 vials were affected is… interesting. Hopefully the customer can post here and share the photos/videos so everyone can see exactly what was found. Transparency would help clear things up pretty quickly.

Also, just thinking out loud here, AI is doing some scary things these days, and adding a tiny detail like a single hair is probably the easiest trick in the book. Purely a thought experiment, nothing more.

Just looking out for you, that person has been doing shit like that to nearly every source here; complaining about contamination, bunk gear, etc.. trying to get free stuff, essentially. Guys a grade A troll and an utterly useless forum member.

Relax. You’re probably new to both the game and the forum if this surprises you. People have been scamming vendors with the “gear is dirty, hair inside, abscess” story since forever. Until there’s actual proof, photos or video, I don’t blindly believe anyone. Vendor or customer, doesn’t matter.

I’m not here to roast Neo for fun. He brought this up himself and handled it publicly, which already puts this in a different category. I’ve used his gear, so yeah, context matters. That’s very different from some random account popping up with a horror story and zero evidence.

If Neo posts pics or video, then sure, that opens a real discussion not just about the product but also about inspection and QC before shipping. Until then, maybe take a breath. Not every thread needs a public execution.

Never had a negative experience with this vendor, was actually the first vendor I ever purchased from and walked me through bitcoin process and everything. Genuine guy.

Hello good morning , I really want to say Thank you Neo for being transparent with the community . Not only did he offer a refund but he also wanted to replace the vials , i said a refund was enough . It was my first time ordering from Neo , so i was excited . Neo is a great seller , he responded quickly and apologized and explained everything and said that should of never happened .

Neo, I really appreciate you taking the time to write this post. Thank you for making things correct by adressing the issue. Neo did refund me and also on top of that he wanted to replace the vials as well, i said no, a refund was enough for me. This was my first time ordering from Neo, Neo did the right thing, by being transparent and letting the community know we all make mistakes. As he explained all his safety measures as well and apologized multiple times. Thank you Neo for making things right . To clarify we did go Back and forth in email and spoke about bringing it up to the community , i did show proof of the vials, by providing videos. To some its not a big issue, yes we can filter it, but the point is to provide quality, if im in the wrong, then idk what else to say. This is not me bashing on Neo, this is to clarify he went above and beyond, Thank you once again Neo .
