Hair Loss

and the concern is erectile dysfunction if these meds go systemic?

I wouldn't downplay that but ime, been using RU for a while, dick still works

maybe individual susceptibility or maybe Anageninc sells bunk RU xD (but still no signs of miniaturization or shedding)
Im not doubting Anagens quality. I traded with someone on another forum I’ve been a well respected member since 2004. It’s possible he put any kind of powder in there , not saying he did or didn’t but glad that’s over with

I've been using oral minox 2.5mg every night for about 2 months. This past week I started waking up with a swollen face, lines running diagonally form the corners of my eyes.

I stopped my hgh after I first noticed it and had very slight improvement. Pretty sure I can attribute it to the oral minox.

I'm going to start taking 2.5mg in the morning instead of night, thinking that my sleeping head position is causing fluid to pool in my face.

Anyone have tricks that they use to minimize face swelling on oral minox?

Oral minox is quite litteraly the worst

Even with eplerenone your still going to bloat on oral minox, you can really fight the oral minox bloat which is why its quite litteraly the worst

HGH bloat is way easier to fight with common pharmaceuticals like Eplerenone, but when it comes to oral minox you would quite literally need to take a diuretic to stop which is super toxic and inconvenient for everyday use since you would have to take oral minox everyday.
I have tried to battle it myself and tried everything and gave up n switched to topical. Topical paired with micro needle and trent is more effective than 2.5mg anyways.

Anyone telling you to lower sodium and drink more water is lying.

I must be lucky for once. Ive never knowingly had any bloat or water retention from oral min. Ive taken 5mg-6.25mg for quite some time now.

Your bloating bro trust me, you just don’t notice cause you see yourself everyday in the mirror looking the same. The mechanism of how it works systemically leads to bloat, you might just be lucky n not bloat as much but your still bloating

Yeah I hear you you. I dont doubt it increases capillary pressure. I suppose what I am saying is its not been noticeable to any degree for me, neither in the mirror nor in pics. I can definately hold water easily via other means.

I was looking out for it and my partner never noticed any change either. Theres the chance it did give me bloat very briefly then it subsided rapidly and i never noticed..who know.

I suppose if I ever come off then that might reveal something.

Yeah I am the same, JK1. I didn't notice minoxidil bloat. Unlike GH. Wow, going from 2 IU's of GH to 6 was unmistakeable. Everyday I was seeing the scale go up, looking and feeling like a fat watery mess. If minoxidil is causing me bloat its either 1) extremely slow to creep up on you or 2) so slight to be imperceptible.

Oral Minoxidil gives me heart palpitations. I can only take 2 or 3 pills a week. In between, I use the topical Minox but I have to be mindful of my heart condition.

Some of you bros dont care about hair loss, but it can be a big concern for most of us other bros. I'm 35 and I still have a thick and full head of hair. I am not one of those guys who would look good bald or balding. In some of my cycles years ago, I noticed large volumes of hair falling out in the shower during a cycle. This brought me to the point where I would look in the mirror and say, "What good is there in having huge muscles if my hair looks like crap?" So my search began to find the best possible hair solution, which involves stopping hair loss and even reversing it!

Let me just show you the final results (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE), and I will comment on each:

  1. AVODART® (Dutasteride) - Dutasteride was developed to help shrink the prostate and was found to have an even more profound effect on regrowing hair than Finasteride! Not only that, it can take care of more of your DHT, it starts working faster, and stays in your system for much longer. 1 to 5 mg ED is all you need, and it also keeps that prostate down during your cycles. In my book, this is a win/win situation.
  2. PROPECIA® (Finasteride) - Next to Viagra, this drug may have had one of the all time record advertising budgets. Finasteride is a hair loss prevention / regrowth drug. Recommended dose is 1 mg ED and after 6 to 12 months the user may achieve positive results. The reason I write "big 4" in the title of this thread is that it may not be necessary to use both Dutasteride and Finasteride, although there are no known drug interactions. I say roll with Dutasteride if you can and if not then use Finasteride.
  3. ROGAINE® (Minoxidil) - Cheap to buy generic at target in three month supply, Minoxidil blocks DHT on the scalp. After handling DHT within the body via Dutasteride or Finasteride, you can also stop the damage of DHT on the scalp. Use twice a day. I use it after my morning shower and after my workout shower.
  4. NIOXIN® (Cleanser, Conditioner, and Treatment) - Use these Nioxin products as your daily shampoo and conditioner. They work on the scalp to ensure that your skin is healthy. Shampoo removes impurities that clog follicles, including DHT. The conditioner keeps the scalp moisturized. The treatment adds botanicals and nutrients to the scalp skin.
  5. NIZORAL® (A-D Shampoo) - Ketoconazole, the main ingredient in Nizoral, acts as a relatively mild anti-androgen. (Androgen binds to hair follicles and over time shrinks them down, causing thinner and thinner hair.) Use this shampoo once a week for help with DHT.

This hair regiment is not difficult to maintain, and can provide great results. I went from losing my hair to growing it back! It takes a few months to start working, so for the first 6 months have patience. Passing the 1 to 2 year markers using the "Big 4" regiment should yield significant hair gains, or at the very least put an end to your loss.

This article assumes appropriate nutrition, hydration, and sleep.
