Gyno flareup due to low SHBG while on tbol - 5mg nolvadex to mitigate the flareup?

I’m trying to avoid the side effects of Nolvadex while avoiding further gyno issues. Has anyone experimented with low dose nolvadex? ~5mg?

I doubt you have gyno, but sure take the nolva or ralox if it easies your worries.

Had the same issue running test cyp, mast p and Anavar. The added DHT’s smashed my SHBG for some reason rather quickly. Blood work proved it. It caused a fast spike in estrogen but quickly came down as everything leveled out. I did add tamoxifen at 20 mg eod till the gyno cleared which was within a week. Hope this helps. Not sure with tbol on its SHBG suppression.
