Instead of injecting corristeroids I think a better approach is to inject hyaluronic acid. It's called viscosupplementation, FDA approved, usually done for knees but can be done in elbow etc. getting the product isnt difficult but I just don't know how to do it. An ultrasound machine would be good..

Yes, another option. Great actually, but you must target individual joints. I was talking to banana about it, and I have medical family with the ultrasound. I only mention the Kenacort because it does work great, but certainly has negatives long-term. (Bone density and so on). Kenacort is easy for trigger site injections, because if you've never stuck a long pin into the actual joint, painless doesn't exist. You can't rough it by yourself, at least I can't. He’s a lot cheaper than Dilip who I found to be quite expensive. His prices are very similar to Rohits, not much in it.

The drugs from India are so cheap that I don't bother haggling much once I get past the initial "tourist price".

Really? For the items I bought Dilip and Rohit came out to a few pennies of difference. The only reason I went with Dilip was due to him being a bit more responsive.

I'll message this guy, too. I'm hesitant to buy any oils right now, but that Shree Masterbol result in the testing thread has me wanting to try their products.

he quoted me $45 for Kachhela Tren E whereas Rohit and Vishnu come in at around $27. Even the ancillaries there was a big difference. I did order Searle Test E from Dillip though and price was good around $0.70 per amp

Also don't forget that Kachella Medex does door sales too. I've ordered from them directly several times. Pester them for a COA as well if you can.

Vishu is killing me dude. But he's serious about negotiating somewhat also. His price is solid I think if he's good for what he says.

Dilip is still solid but I think they are seeing margins grow, or in reference to the export/import knot tightening they're trying to do more with less. I had large volume orders with him, and what he quoted me recently is ridiculous, you're aware. Now he's saying let's talk about price.

I was speaking with De Mega yesterday evening, and they were quoting me but it was all broken up wrather than concise, then he stopped chatting. They did provide Whatsapp then never responded.

Kachella and Shree were both great, now they also are spiking prices. Then wanting to negotiate back and forth for hours.
