New here

It's looking that way as NHS is shite it looks like, giving doses 1 every 2wk or summit ffs lol, and optimale etc to expensive for me, but it's hard finding good gear in uk. Found a couple of sources should see me for a bit

Hey man, welcome to the forum.

Did your doctor run your bloodwork? Where did you sit inside of whatever scale they use over there?

You don't have any TRT clinics local (or ones that will accommodate virtual appointments?).

I am lucky.. My doctor responds well when I bring up evidence based topics. The quality of life benefits from TRT are indisputable, if you are low to start with. I'd ask for bloodword and get tly bring up the TRT in an unassuming evidence backed conversation.

Best of luck to you

Where I am at (Canada) the TRT clinic I use has an annual charge for a recheck and dose adjustment if necessary and my meds are covered by my workplace benefits. I'm out of pocket about $400 a year.

I get it though man. That's alot of money. If I didn't need an Rx for legal reasons I would likely buy underground.

Yeah mate, in uk, i started having joint problems like every joint severe pain, went to docs said arthritis, said run bloods, but I'd been reading low test and stuff could be a factor so I said include a test blood sample which they weren't gonna do, said it was more likely autoimmune, but anyways come back as I was heavy drinker, low vit d and my bloods were 300 in uk terms per can't rember the exact but I was low but still on there scale as ok,
So I read up and u have to jump through hoops to get trt so said fuck it, never looked back since. But cause I'm on for life u need a reliable good source. Which I'm finding a few. But life try and take them down ffs

You're in good company here my man. Stick around, pay attention, learn how to navigate the site and you'll be squared away before you know it.

A vial of testosterone is like $12 to $25.

1,000mg vial will last you 5 weeks at 200mg per week.

Thats like $155 per year.
sorry, i meant to say "afford the journey through clinics official channels". i did get my doctor to run blood work 2 years ago but i was just over the minimum line so wasnt a sure thing. i lost a testicle blocking a slap shot in hockey 3 years ago so I was worried about that for a bit. i also had a friend at the gym tell me to try telling my doctor i felt low energy, etc and that was how far i got.

there is a place called upguys in canada who a buddy tried out but i didnt follow thru with them. tried to do it the regular way.
