This is kind of odd.
You get significant savings (~3x) from the rest but the clenbut kinda kills it
I thought it was weird they marked it as the cheapest, like if they said it I’d believe it. lol I just skipped it.

Going through emails, Fairdeal Pharma quoted me $483 more than De Mega. I didn’t bother with negotiating, didn’t need anything was just checking options.

Total
$184 v $667

Shipping - 1124 tabs, 28 tubes, 21 amps
$56 2 pkgs v 3 pkgs $135

I've been trying to get Finerenone at a much affordable price. I believe it's the next best thing for kidneys besides a SGLT2.

It's FDA approved for CKD with T2D. P3 trials, CKD, no T2D just ended.
Waiting for results to release.

Unfortunately the patent is under Bayer, price controlled and i think that company goes around suing people who tries to make generics. Jardiance for instance was approved 2014 and we only started using it a few years ago. If this goes the same way, then we probably won't be seeing a generic for the next 8 years.

Cheapest I've gotten was about .7c/pill of 20mg where the recommended dosing is 40mg, which makes it 1.4$/day, assuming the pack doesn't get seized. That price was for ~1k tabs.

I did manage to find it in Bangladesh (generic) lol but the IndiaMart vendors can't seem to get it -- on bad terms they say..or maybe just not profitable..

I am going to try it after I am out of my current batch. I got Kachhela Testoboon (arachis oil) and some Reliable brand test enanthate (EO) from Rohit in my first order. Filtered all of it up in a big vial, put some BA in there just incase and sent it off for testing to Jano. Might be a waste but a fun experiment for relatively cheap.
Any updates on this bro?

I'm going to do a sensitive test because my testosterone was low for the dose on the testosterone cypionate in 20ml.

A poor man's work-around is to use a cheaper less mg/pill and take a CYP3A4 inhibitor like Piperine (as finerenone is a sensitive substrate of the CYP3A4 enzyme)... therefore increasing your total drug exposure for a given dose (i.e making a 10mg dose give the same exposure as a 20mg dose w/o a CYP3A4 inhibitor).. Although many other drugs are metabolized by this enzyme, so proceed with caution.

Yeah I saw that test. That was for a different lab tho (QP Pharmachem not Jackson Laboratories).
How do you know about this ? simply asking

I got my evolve biolabs order but yesterday saw a jano test (attached) that said it has dht derived AAS mixed in, like wtf?

I draw my indian gear line at being underdosed.
