Am I doing too much cardio

I’m currently cutting and have about two months left. I’ve been doing 40 minutes on the treadmill (17 incline 2.5 speed and this hits 500cal count) post workout 6 days a week. Lately I’ve just been drained, like in the timeframe of the last couple weeks. Sleep has been shitty the past couple weeks. Recently added in mots c at 1mg ED. Currently running 500mg test cyp, tren ace 40mg ED(as of last week), Reta 5mg, 4iu gh nightly, L Carnitine 600mg pre workout. Diet is great and I get it’s a cut and energy can be low at times but not constantly plus poor recovery. I even had a refeed day last Wednesday, which was fun of course, but it didn’t really seem to move the needle in overall energy. Someone mentioned to me that I may be over doing the cardio because that could lead to constant fatigue and poor sleep(which I don’t understand that part because I do my training early morning). I do get slumped mid day around 2pm. Idk what’s up. I can’t seem to sleep as much as I’d like because once my body wakes, there is no getting back to sleep unless I maybe take a midday nap which I never have time for and I’m afraid that would hinder my actual nighttime sleep. Any suggestions would be helpful. Considering jumping back on some trazodone

id run tren at 70mg/week (10ed) max especially if your sleep isnt good... and yeah that cardio is too much of a stressor on your body, work through steps and food not cardio that should change your situation drastically, steps are king. Also reminder: its ok to feel fatigued in the cut, thats normal, as long as you dont have a heavy breakdown in perfomance on your lifts, you just gotta keep pushing...

Yeah the last couple of weeks, maybe more, it’s definitely interfered with my weight training and kind of stalled me out overall. Now is Not the time for that. Summers to close. I want max results because I’ve been on the cut/recomp since September

a stall is fine, as long as performance is stable (you dont lose weight, max a couple reps) on your lifts, youre holding your muscle tissue. In your case id really try to fix my sleep, bad sleep rly stalls your fatloss potential...

How long have you been cutting and how much have you lost.?
Reta reduces the amount of nutrients that the body absorbs from my reading.
Tren screws with sleep.
Dieting can have negative sleep consequences.

Since September and I went from 208lbs to 177-180lbs depending on the day. I still have some lower belly fat to lose too. I just started tren so I doubt it’s taken any if much of an effect yet. Maybe I’m just not seeing myself correctly but I’m pretty confident I’m starting to lose definition too. I haven’t weighed myself in a week so I’ll have to check that tomorrow when I go back in but the little bit of abs I do have are starting to show less

I've been having similar problems on 350mg tren doing 17.5-20k steps daily working out 4x a week. I think the cardio is harder/more taxing on the tren and obviously the tren is messing with your sleep. It was doing the same to mine and it was messing everything up even while taking 10mg melatonin a night with magnesium and L-theanine. I started taking 50mg hydroxyzine hcl everynight and its been helping get me to fall asleep and get my 8 hours. I'm probably going to drop my steps to 10-12.5k and see if that helps I recommend you drop the cardio as well. I think lowering the cardio and maybe lowering the cals a little to offset it (especially on rest days) can help with the fatigue

I just started my tren last week and I only ran 20mg ED. This week I’m at 30mg ED. I’ve been a bit sluggish for most of the month though. Historically, I’ve not had much sleep trouble with tren except later on into the cycle and that’s normally just from night sweats. This is the lightest run I’ve ever done with the stuff too but I’m also adding in Var starting Sunday. I will say so far I’m not really feeling the trens effects aside from some light anxiety maybe. Hopefully it’s doing its tren things and making me crazy thinking I’m not losing fat but idk..

You may want to take pics of yourself to be more objective. Feelings cloud memory. Memory can fuck with you.
Are you sweating more with tren and taking in more water to make up for it?

I try to get a pic in every two weeks. That’s why I’m feeling the way I am at the moment. I feel like two weeks ago, or more specifically, a month ago, I was more defined. I have probably only started sweating slightly more. Like very slightly. I’ll get a cold sweat here and there. I’m drinking 4-5L of water currently. I also could be holding a little water. Forgot to take my anastrozole last week and took it yesterday and went to piss probably 10-12 times more than normal.
As far as the tren goes, the only negative side I’ve noticed so far is cardio being more difficult

Up to 187lbs from 1.5 weeks ago where I was sitting at 178-180lbs. This coincides with me starting tren a week and a half ago
Only ever used testosterone so I’m quite inexperienced in that regard, but is a 7-9lb gain in a cut after starting a new compound considered normal? Not trying to come off like an asshole but i genuinely don’t know if that’s normal or not for something like tren. My first thought would be water weight gain but idk

Most definitely water weight. My diet is clean and counted. So it would be impossible to gain that amount in fat over that timeframe. And definitely impossible to add nearly ten pounds of muscle tissue in a week and a half(would be cool though)

this happens to me with GH usage. could be 5 hours sleep, even if I need 8+. I also sneak in a 20-30 minute nap around 14-1500 sometime, and aside from some initial sleep inertia grogginess, it's business as usual for energy and bedtime. It doesn't affect my nighttime sleep

*EDIT: I dose my GH in the AM, after waking FWIW

go slower
to be a bit more precise you should test your max hearthrate in a ramp test and then calculated the hr zones, there are even more accurate ways but its enough,if u dont want to get fatigued you should be zone 2 and then calibrate if low or high end of the zone based on your feelings, low zone 2 its much less stressing

I’ve revamped my cardio routine for this week from 40 minutes 17 incline 2.5 speed treadmill to 30 minutes 3.4 speed 8 incline and this has my heart rate at 125-130. Gonna see if that helps but still yields results
i edited the message maybe its a bit better, and dont bother calculate the max hr on the 220- age its a garbage formula
