Should I try test?

I used Tesa ipa before hgh. That time my igf results were 234ng
Now I am using hgh and it is 219ng

Ok so that tells us your natural production potential is higher than adding 2iu exogenous HGH assuming all these compounds are good quality... were these tested? Without testing your products, for all we know, these products might be fake and your baseline is actually 220-230. That would actually be a good thing (lol).

You really do need a baseline regardless of all this. Unfortunately there is no easy way to get it. You need to get off everything HGH related for about 3-4 months then retest. It sucks but thats the problem with IGF being a long term marker.

Anyway, back to the topic of muscle building, muscles are still predominantly diet & exercise. Did you start working on the meal spacing issue? I am still curious about workout routines and what level you are actually at? See my previous post. These two things really are the biggest factors. Gear, peptides and other crap are more of catalysts than drivers. They can help you get to goals faster but they are not magic. You have to nail down the other 2 first.

Mental stuff is much harder to figure out. I would start with sleep and making sure you are sleeping correctly. 8 hours means nothing if you are tossing and turning. Get a device that gives you actually measurable data like HRV and RHR. Wear it and start gathering sleep data. Or better yet, if you know sleep is an issue, get a sleep study done. Ask your doctor. After that, I would check diet and calories as others have said. Youve been cutting a long time. It makes sense you are tired. There is no easy solution for mental. Plenty of builders here take tons of everythign and still have mental issues...
