what doses should i take when running d-bol sust and primo.?i have seen anywhere from 400 to 1000mg a day what are your thoughts?

A good mixture of Milk Thistle, Liv 52 and SAMe is an amazing combo for keeping the liver in check.

These are probably all mostly wishful thinking, but since they can't hurt, why not cover all possibilities? Any liver-helping herbal with milk thistle extract will work to soothe your conscience so why pay so much? ALA & NAC may help too. Expensive but strong doses of sterols & sterolins or beta-sitosterol apparently strengthen the immune system thus protecting both the liver & the prostate...

...to some degree.

Best bet is to monitor and act accordingly when things get out of whack.

Bet.

Most of us rely on how we feel, we shouldn't. We should be getting regular blood work.

2000-3000mg is the common dosage for liver abusing athletes :P

take all at once or spread it out during the day?i'm running 500mg of primo 650 of sust and 315mg of d-bol a week

Well said Lifesize blood work and regular blood work is extremely important. The active ingredient in milk thistle 80% seed extract is called Silybinin it has amazing liver, kidney and prostate regenerating properties. Its no myth or old wives tale as some sarcastic members on this board make it out to be. All the above Nutrients work well on different Phases of the livers Detox process, You dont need more than 1500mg of milk thistle a day if you are using the 80% extract and N-acetyl-L-Cysteine, Taurine, Glutamine, B12 and Same` all work well synergistically to keep your liver working properly. Remember the liver is responsible for many hormonal processes including IGF conversion if its under strain these conversion processes are also under extreme strain. Always do blood work during and after a cycle it well worth the few extra dollars.

Glad you said it because I thought the same thing. 3000mg WOW!
I never took over 1000mg.
More does not necessary mean better. Sometimes it makes things worse.

What is Same in your line above? It says:
1500mg of milk thistle a day if you are using the 80% extract and N-acetyl-L-Cysteine, Taurine, Glutamine, B12 and Same` all work well.

And you know this how? The Silymarin in milk thistle extract may help the liver, but just because so many believers claim this traditional therapy works does not make it so. There's been enough word-of-mouth in its favour so I use it regularly on cycle (along with tumeric root) especially when doing Tren. My slight skepticism arises, however, because I have been unable to find a shred of experimental scientific evidence that shows any positive benefits from Silymarin. I did find one claim (not on hand now) that it had no discernible effect. So, like I say, just in case believers know what they are talking about, I use it too.

SAMe (s-adenosyl-methionine) It has many interesting uses.It enhances mood and wellbeing and is very good in protecting the liver as well as regenerating it. It enhances glutathione production which is a powerful antioxidant required in the livers detox process known as methylation. N- acetyl-L-Cysteine is the precursor for Glutathione so using SAMe and NAC together is very good synergistically. When using Milk Thistle that comes from a 80% seed extract there is a concentrated compound in it called "silybinin" its the active compound in Silymarin which works very well on the second detox phase of the liver known as conjugation. If you want to look up studies look under Silybinin not Silymarin. BY the way SAMe is great to take PCT it helps with the Depression and really elevates the mood, give it a try it is expensive but is worth it.

At 2.50 a pill, the reviews are not that good for SAMe as a liver protectant.

Guy works in herbal supplement shop. Got the lingo down pat. Whether Silybinin is the active flavanoid that matters in Silymarin or not, this whole discussion is silly. Those into the herbal racket have their own stacks of pseudo-scientific research either commissioned by company with an agenda to sell or from some foreign country in a lab so isolated no one can verify the results. It's an industry, after all. If you believed every bombastic claim they made we'd have a race of muscular giants living 600 years.

If you, chemical g, have any disinterested, unbiased, traceable, & repeatable scientific research that shows these any of these things cure a damaged liver, I would be pleased to hear about it. So would the rest of the world.

I am a Pharmacist my friend sorry to disappoint you. My knowledge goes further than a herbal supplement shelf. I work for a highly reputable pharmaceutical company in research and development. We have a drug called Legalon and Legalon R which is isolated from silybinin which has been approved by the FDA for liver regeneration but it works very much like silybinin only more concentrated. This discussion is not silly its educational. I am going to get permission to publish various university studies from our archives and my friend I dont preach herbal as I am a chemical man.

An interventional radiologist at the hospital where my wife works recommends to his patients with decreased and/or compromised liver function to take milk thistle along with whatever medications he's prescribed for their recovery. This doctor is world-reknowned, so that's good enough for me to use it, especially when taking orals. 960mgs daily divided into 2 doses.

I'm a phlebotomists dream. I get my blood work done every time my quarterly taxes are due. Usually just a cbc, but that is enough info for me. I ordered two cbc's from lef.org, ($35,ea) to do an experiment with liv.52. last year. I had stopped taking milk thistle about a year previouse so that would not be a factor. I do 1000mcg of b12 everyday come rain or shine.
So the stage is set, I have two scripts for cbc's in hand and am going to not change my diet or any other aspect of training/supplements/supersupplements for one month.
Here is what I discovered, liver value on first test was high, SGOT was 46, range is 0-40, and my SGPT was 48, with a range of 0-55.
One month later, my SGOT had dropped to 33, and my SGPT was 40. Looks like liv.52 works for me. I do not represent, endorse, get paid for etc.. Liv.52, just my own test. Of course scientificly there could be a million factors such as solar flairs, the taos hummm.. etc. that could possibly have an effect I did not take into consideration.
My dose of liv.52 was three pills a day, with food spread out through the day.

Dude you can find the Walgreens or CVS or Generic brand for quite a bit less.. Granted its still about 15-20 bucks for half a months dosing. I used it for a while and never noticed the mood effects, I even super dosed at 1000mg 3x a day.. I did have a wonderful liver profile though when I went to get tested..
