Hello everyone at MESO-Rx!!
Let me start of by firstly expressing my most positive feeling to the community that has been created here. Since almost 4 years ago I have been training hard to compete in proffesional tennis until I broke my ancle and had to drop for almost 7 months. Later on I got joint injuries in both my right elbow and shoulder and had to completly stop. Ever since then ive been trying to stay in shape (especially now and 2 years back). After those accidents Ive gained some serious wieght, but lost it almost 2 and a half y ears ago.
So, until now I have been working out reguarly, 3 times a week of weight lifting, + heavy cardio 1 time a week.. I run by my schedule where I cook, train, take suppliments, vitamins, amino acids, oils. Pretty much until now, i beleive i am stuck at the edge of my muscle growth. I am about 1.75m tall and weight 81 Kg. Let me be honest with you guys, im so godamn tired of going all out and still not seeing my self grow fruther. I began my interest in steroids about 4 months ago, have been comming to this site regularly and reading through all the posts (mostly about cycles and what is recommended etc).
I need your proffesional advice on how i should go about my situation, i feel that my motivation to pump muscle is decreasing with my little result.
One more thing, man, abdominal fat is a god damn killer, i mean, how can anyone explain this. I eat 5 times a day, consume on average 200-270 grams of protein per day. Since i train intensiley and have to do alot of walking during the days i train and dont I estimated that i need to consume about 2400-2700kcal per day. I never eat out, i cook at home healthy foods.
I have already planned my frist cycle, but before i go further i would honestly love to see a response from anyone that could tell im doing something wrong or could recommend a method to help my struggles.
