Sust log /dennis

yes..I eat yogurt..I mix strawberry low fat yogurt in with low fat cottage cheese and eat late at night.Your right..I need to pig out this weekend and stretch the stomache.I have drank so much chocolate muscle milk I can barely stand it..I am switching flavors this weekend.We have been invited to big party sat night..think i might go get trashed..that should help me feel better ! Maybe the wife will get blitzed and give me some....:D
 
Having problems with my wife to. NOt on quite as high of dose as you on the sust. 250 every 4 days. First cycle and this shit is great! If anyone figures out how to get your wife to get busy 3 or 4 times a day let me know. Good post dennis. 80 some responses is pretty good.
 
Dennis, don't try the Mocha Latte flavor..blech. Chocolate is the best they have I think. It's a little rich for me, but its better than the Infusion I bought... That shit has like 20g of fiber so the shake becomes mud as soon as you mix it..

I started eating at 1pm..I had a large cheese pizza, 3.5 whoppers with no mayo/cheese (other half went to butters my bull terrier), 1 chicken sandwich, 1 tub of plain vanilla yogurt, big bowl of rice and home made black beans, some fruit, a hand full of mini-m&m's, vaca frita (fried shredded beef) and 2 50g Infusion shakes.. Probably ok on the protein and carbs but shitttttttty on the fats. lol..

I'm at 210 this morning and I look lean as fuck..at least compared to the few days before..i'll be keeping it at 400g Protein, 300g Carbs, 50g Fat till at least Sunday. I plan to stick a cheat or three in there.. I do well by cycling my calories so I assume it will only work better while On.. I don't ever have my carbs that high, so lets see how the body responds..

What's up with you?? Give me update on how you feel. How was the chest work out??

I feel good, but this morning I woke up with a very weak boner... Its gone already and normally I stay at half mast for at least an hour or so after waking up.. This is OFF cycle obviously.. Test should be kicking in soon, tick tock..

OK..I was feeling wore out and stagnant thursday.I took 2 full days out of gym..I ate soooo bad this weekend..I ate out 3x ate mexican food 2x and pounded down the cals.I went to gym late yesterday and had one of the best workouts ever recorded in my life ! Strong as hell..lifted everything no problem,went up on weights..had no spotter but carried on..had lots of new found strength and mental focus was unreal.The wife and I planned childless household last night and it was on...I have to confess though the estrogen has me acting very strange:eek:My nipps over the weekend are much more sensitive now..much more..not gyno though.I spent 3 hours cuddling with the wife,telling her sweet nothings,acting pretty much like a women with hormones raging,I said and did things I never normally would have.I even got an occasional tear in my eye..I will kick all your asses if you laugh at me:mad:I stayed hard as nails for over 3 hours,worked on her for well over 2 hours..the sex was incredible.The wife has no idea I am on this time..she thinks I am acting this way because I am taking horny goat weed.I actually felt like and acted like a woman during that 3 hour period.I am changing my work out the next 2 weeks to eod workouts instead of sun-thursday.My body needed some fats and some rest.The summer heat here is brutal.About the muscle milk..I like the chocolate and the fruit smoothie flavor..blend the fruit smoothie up with some fresh strawberries.

damn.. so you guys are eating bad foods when on the cycle and it helps out? ive always been on a stricter diet.. i know it frickin sucks to keep eating the same old dry foods, but i just get it down with water, ill be starting my cycle saturday!!! :) cant wait - nice log dennis

Eating the same foods over and over gets boring. You also want to cause a nice insulin spike and calorie surplus once in a while to facilitate weight gain. Why are you eating strict if you're problem is being unable to gain weight?? Forget the gear, and learn to eat. I started at 180, hit an unhealthy 305lbs and today I am 210 after dropping down to 198 recently @ 5'11.

thats impressive:eek: and about me, i have a really fast metabloism.. i hate it, but i eat tons and tons of foods, just dont want to eat the bad foods.
 
Feel like I have hit a platue on my strength gain and weight gain..still 10 lbs heavier than I was on day 1.The long workouts in the unairconditioned gym are zapping my strength,I am finding it almost impossible to eat over 3500 cals per day now.Now I am remembering why I like winter cycles better.I hit 2 mls of injectable b 12 earlier..hopefully that will help.I am also taking the next 2 days off from the gym to rest.Sex drive is very good..the wife is not willing,this sucks !
yeh the heat sucks dude, same here at my gym and right now its summer here so its friggin roastin, im still managing to get my 3500cals in but my weekend intakes really lagging now, one er the reasons i decided not to cycle at all cos i knew the summer was round the corner. the B12 should get you goin bro, i give myself a good 2ml shot every few weeks when im lagging.

im wondering wether or not to stay eating clean or go really dirty again hehe.

theres always another chance for a clean cycle and your only taking in 325mgs sus is it? still pretty impressive gaining 10lbs of that.
 
Anyone who knows me will tell you I am very strict about my diet..it feels so good to have a few cheat days though !!!

I had been training sun-thursday..I was wearing myself out.I have officially started training eod now..it has already made a marked difference in my strength performance.I am at 325 mgs every 4th day..have gained 12 pounds now and feel FREAKING AWESOME.I am back to eating very clean..it felt so good to cheat a few days.
 
OK..I have not updated lately..been busy eating and lifting;)I am roughly 50 days into my cycle..I am at 325 mgs every 4 days now.My levels must be close to constant because i feel the same all the time now.My strength is still climbing,the weight is 12-14 lbs better than when I started,I am still losing body fat %.My sex drive is still great.I look better than I have in many months:)I get compliments just about everywhere I go now.The wife's sex drive has been low which has been a problem.we go to vacation in 30 days..she started her summer diet and 10 mgs of anavar on sunday night..this morning she told me she was "horny"..YES!!!!!She has dropped 3 lbs too in 3 days.I am starting to feel down about coming off end of july.Fraggle has suggested a way for me to come off that i would like to discuss.After the 12 week cycle he suggest's : no serms no hcg but use 100 mgs sust for 6 weeks..then over the following 6 weeks taper down 100 mgs to 0 mgs and use nolva during that time..sounds interesting.I have short supply of gear and am considering this;weeks 1-12 sust 325 every 4 days
weeks 12-16 100 mgs sust every week
weeks 16 begin nolva 20 mgs daily,hcg as needed,and taper sust week 16 75 mgs ,week 17
50 mgs sust ,week 18 25 mgs sust, week 19 25 mgs sust .Maybe continue nolva a couple more weeks if need be.What do you guy's think ??? Sounds strange after all we have learned about steroid induced shut down.

It's amazing reading what you have accomplished. Here's the thing about lower dosing for test during a cycle. We all know that everything is dose dependent, so the more you take, the bigger and stronger you get. But -- and this is a big butt ;) -- our bodies really like homeostasis, when you push them really hard with AAS, they push back. Keeping the weight we gain becomes difficult unless we acclimate to the change over time. That's why natural gain usually sticks around and people deflate after really large gains. And no matter what, there are going to be diminishing returns. You've cycled a lot, without going for hGH, you're going to have a hard time pushing yourself all that much further with AAS alone, large doses or not.

Oh yeah, you know that 'down' period after the test high? I've found if you run HCG the day or two before you're next injection is due at ~250-500IU's, the 'down' never seems to realize itself. If you use a taper, you just drop the HCG when you drop down to the stasis at 100mg/week. That period is to get your body back into simple biological range, so we try and remove all extraneous compounds other then the testosterone.

Also, quick question, what's your BMR and harris-benedict multiplier? I'm curious about how you're structuring the diet. It's seems like that is always the hardest factor in training. Lord does it take some f*ing determination.

Fraggle taper makes plenty of sense, it can totally help with transition into clark kent ;) But seriously I have done that before and it seems to not let me down so hard, and it definetly help avoid any estro surges

I'm going to do it..because if I don't i'll probably just stay on forever.. lol.. first and last cycle.

wk 1-12 Test/Tren @ 500/400
wk 13-16 Test @ 250
wk 17-21 Test @ 125 w/ 10mg Nolva daily (starting wk 19)..

Then I'll do traditional PCT...which may or may not include HCG... Nolva @ 40/40/30/20/10/10...

Some people believe HCG helps you retain your gains.. I wonder how much truth there is to that.. My local source charges 120 for 5000iu! Online though I'm a little skeptic..

Do not buy hcg at that price life..it should be like 20.00 at the most.So it looks like you guys all want to try the "Fraggle Taper" (that's what we need to call it from now on..it will confuse the newbs:))The muscle milk has a new lower fat recipe now..and I love the taste of it. We turned on new a/c unit at gym yesterday..it made all the difference in the world.Working out every other day has given me new energy.Working out sund-thursday I was drained and had little appetite due to the extreme heat.I am looking forward to trying the taper..that has to be a better come down than just going cold turkey..and it will "mentally " trick me into thinking I am still on cycle:cool:
 
There has to be an impact on ability via state of mind...

Most of our strength comes from the ability to recruit muscle cells appropriately and then to increase the signaling speed as opposed to actual capacity of the cells. As the cells stretch under tension the muscle spindle sends impulses to the spinal cord to 'notify' the body that it is under tension. When that tension extends for a period of time >~5 seconds the golgi tendon signals the spinal cord that potential damage may occur and overrides other impulses, actually preventing the muscle from continuing the movement or contraction. Over time we adapt to repeated effort and our nervous system upgrades our responses so that we can add additional resistance and/or stretch to a movement because it believes that it can be done safely without damaging the muscle. This is why beginners put up more weight quickly, there muscles aren't growing larger, but they are becoming more efficient at using those muscles.

I know this is pretty specific to neurological adaptation with regards to weight training, but it has a clear cross application to motivational desire and state of mind. Think about those strange instances everyone has heard of where super-human strength was exhibited by someone who would otherwise never be capable. Androgens certainly have an effect on signaling and strength, but there must also be some kind of effect from the self-knowledge that AAS is inside, working it's magic, hence allowing the mind to believe that it is stronger.
