I have been doing a body part/day
mon = chest
tues = back
wed = legs
thur = arms
fri = shoulders
weekends off
plenty of muscle condusion, different exercises, light , heavy, etc,
i have been doing thois for more than a decade
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i AM 58 years old, inpretty good shape but I HAVE TO CHANGE ROUTINES.
Thoughts????
I like hammer strength machines, thoughts on machine use?
i do 45-60 min cardio/day. = bike, glider-- can i cut back on legs?
any help would be most appreciated
