I was wondering what you all take for that intense energy spike. I loved it when ripped fuel still had ephedra in it--about an hour after taking it i had enough energy to workout for hours. But now everything I try sucks. Lipo-6, ripped fuel, hydroxycut, xenadrine etc...tried them all. Redbull with one of these is the only combo that even remotely gives me the jitters. Miss it. Just wondering what helps on those sluggish days. I have energy to workout out, I am just wondering how to get that intense energy...
