I usually stick to exercises that just isolate the muscle group I am working but not sure when to do deadlifts since they hit so many muscle groups. Should i do them on back day?
Monday I do chest and tri's Tuesday Legs Wed. Back and Bi's Thursday shoulders and traps and I usually rest Fri Sat Sund. and do it all over again. (mix in cardio and abs eod). If I do them on back day wont it mess up my shoulders and trap day? I am sure i need to rearrange everything and now that I am on HRT maybe i should stick to just mass builders and not take so many days off. Sqats, deadlifts, military press, bench, curls all with straight bar dips etc. I know everyone has a million different routines but I think something basic would be good for me. I am 5'9'' 175 or so at around 12% bf. Although i have worked out off and on for many years I would consider myself a beginner and am basically interested in as much mass as possible without anymore fat. (Next ten weeks are 200mg cyp monday 250mg sust friday and 250iu hcg Sunday and thursday. I am uping my calories from about 2500 to 3000 and my bodyweight in protein grams hope thats enough?
